first...I have to give kudos to HolidayRoad...he caught it and passed it on!

Like I said before, the article I saw indicated the next four Fridays at 9 Eastern. A different something or other each week. Padisfam...did you catch the coaster show after that!?!?!? Oh my goodness...there are some wild rides out there...Superman in Georgia I think? There's another one that is two people in a car basically on the end of a giant steel rod and it goes round and round and round...

Vote update...John is still just under 18,000 with a lead of more than 11,000 votes!!!!!

I did see that coaster show and the two seater giant steel rod ride looks nuts
They had a coaster on there from Ceader Point in Sandusky, OH. If you haven't been there and you like coasters it's worth the trip. Probably about 4hrs. form Pitt.

Morning everyone,

Ihave been a longtime disney dad but first time poster to this thread. I need some help deciding something " special " to do with my daughter while at WDW in June. She is 12 going on 21 ( she thinks). I looked into to taking her to tea at the GF but that just doesnt seem to fit her personality. I was wondering if any of ya'll could share some special things you do with your daughters while at WDW.

Man Im a disney freak, my wife thinks im crazy, I love all the secerts and read hrs on hrs about what to do at disney,why the yellow bricks, to why this and that. I just want my kids to have a great WDW trip in June , June 20 th 08 cant arrive soon enough.!!This will be my third trip, second for my kids. My wife does like WDW , just im more into it. We are already planning on going back in Dec. for the decorations! So sign me up for the club!

Disney is very special in December!! I loved our trip this past December. Welcome to the club.

thanks for the great ideas for my DD . i like the parasailing idea but i am afraid I have a bit more weight to lose first ( just had gastric bypass in march) I ended up going with a diver sign at Coral Reef and a reservation at BBB inthe castle for her. I also decided to let her completely plan our last day there

Hey Grumpy.DD - even though I'm not there yet with my own DD, I think these ideas are cool! We ate at Coral Reef on our 06 trip, and there was a girl at the table next to the glass celebrating her birthday that got a diver sign, and my boys were quite envious! My now 12 yr old son would love it if it were him. And the planning the last day there thing is huge - at least in my sons' view, so I think your DD will enjoy her special time with you. Sounds like ya did good so far... be sure to tell us about it afterward. Have fun!

They are great udeas.

DD did BBB ( DTD was the only location at the time) for her Halloween costum a few years ago.We did that and then went on to MNSSHP she had a blast . That was 05 so she would have just been turning 12 on that trip.

The coral reef thing seems to be a hit with everyone as well

Hey Dads I think I have a bad case of Disney Fever! Yesterday I went to the Detroit Zoo I did my best to imagine I was at Animal Kingdom. When we had enough of the zoo we went to the Rainforest Cafe in Auburn Hills. I don't think it helped my Disney Fever I think it made it worse. But at least I got to see some animatronics!!
