Grill is turned on to get grill hot, as to sear the meat when you put it on there. Then let the meat cook enough on the first side to help keep the meat together. This is where I used to screw them up and they became burger nuggets instead of pattis.

Onion soup mix, A-1 and some more seasonings and MAN THATS A KEEPER!!
