The new format might actually make it watchable, I'm surprised that Lidstrom didn't pick at least one hurricane. Staal has the other two hurricanes so the crowd will definitely be behind his team.

Unfortunately I couldn't snag a seat in the company box for this one. I was in there for game one of the cup finals the year the canes won it.

Funny I don't remember that season as the "Year the Canes won" but more as the "Year the Oilers made it to the Finals"...but that's just me.

Maybe I should have Christopher over for dinner. I'd love to see his work first hand. :lmao::lmao:

Me too! Although, he would need to come with a loan for me. :lmao:

Stopher,

I think you've found a new career... Disney Vacation Sales. Now if we could just figure out a way to build a private financing arm to assist the sales like the Auto guys do, this could be a great business.

Just think of the advertising... 0% down and No payments until 2020. :rotfl2:

Hi guys, as Stopher has told you with his help I was able to get my wife to say yes to a spur of the moment trip to the world. I got the ok from Margie yesterday at 11:00 am and we were on the ground at MCO by 8:30 pm, checked in and on the boardwalk by 10:00. Alamo car rental is great because you can check in online and go right to a car. You then stop a gate for about 2 minutes and you are on your way. We are staying at the Boardwalk and it is our first time staying in this area and we are very excited to take advantage of the walk to Epcot and HS. :cool1:

Tigertown

I is great to see another Detroit guy on the boards. Welcome to the club. :thumbsup2

Booked BLT today for Fall Break in October. It will be our first time staying there. 9 year old was real excited, & then asked, "when are we going on a Disney cruise"?

We have done it twice, but the last time was about 3 years ago. The VIP seating is included. I do recall being able to use the DP for it. The thing I remember most about it was that we had to eat so darn early. The show was at 8, but our "dinner" reservation was for 3:45. They handed us the VIP card (good for our entire party) when they brought the check. And at that time anyway, we had to show up for the VIP entry about an hour before the show down by the main entrance of the Studios, at the Oscar's Filling Station, which I believe is the stroller rental place, but I could be wrong about what it actually is... the place at the front with the tow truck sitting in front of it.

But again, the last time was about 3 years ago, so it might have changed since then. Hopefully another Dad has more "current" info for you Ron.

:sick:Carl...Man I think I have pneumonia now after seeing your pictures!!! I honestly don't know how youi were able to do it!!! It was for a godo cause and that is what matters!!:thumbsup2

And on a Higher note:rotfl2:!! Marshall whipped Memphis tonight!!:cheer2:

Hey great meeting you Stopher...
Christian, we were at the Boardwalk as well, and loved it!
Have you been there before? The closeness to both Epcot and HS was awesome!

I have just made reservations for the fantastic dinner for in June..deal is you need to book it, they take a cc# but do not charge if you show up..you get your choice of 3 restaurants I believe...we have mama melrose, and you get an appetizer with your dining plan..and VIP seating for the show, no need to wait in line for an hour or so.....
