Freezing butt cold here in the mountains of NC. So, what do I do?? Head out for about 4 miles in 26 very windy degrees. Really cleared my head, I think. Maybe it cleared something else, but regardless, I feel refreshed. I know that you folks down in WDW are cold right now. I saw the lows for the next couple of days are gonna be a touch chilly; gonna make that early morning rope drop interesting the next mornings.

Meanwhile, I'm enjoying living vicariously through the pictures and reports from the happiest place on earth.

Best time was when we were in MK on the 1st and Jodi (DW) turns to me with a big smile and asks "Can we come back next year?" Man I love her.

We had a great meet at Wishes tonight! In attendance were Tim, Barry, Christopher, Carl and me. Thanks Tim for bringing the glow stix, Virginia loves hers! So the record still stands of five Dis Dads in one spot, (Ron was in the park but did not make it to the hub.)

Just called WDW and applied the 25% discount to our existing reservation in March!

how did you make out with those shorts today stopher??? your nuts!! i was on the tour, had layers of coats on amd my hood up and someone tugged on my sholder, its was barry!!! hes good, picked me out of a crowd and didnt see my bakd head.

Survived in them all day Dave! Only added a sweatshirt, but was fine all the way til I got back to th resort. Carl was in shorts tonight too.

Great to see all the get-togethers happening! (trying not to be jealous that you guys are both meeting up and at Disney World)

When in June 2012? We are on a June 2012 Fantasy cruise also! A DisDads meet at sea!!! I like the idea!!! Let's get on it!!

Priced out a June 2011 cruise for our anniversary. Maybe I could save up enough to afford it by the next year.

I do believe you have managed to make me a very jealous person with this post... I mean... Disneyland AND Disney World in the same week...

wait... I feel the same way Of course, I'm only a couple of hours away from Anaheim right now. May have to make a little side trip this weekend.

Oh... and word of advice about my TR.... you have PLENTY of time to catch up

until I can figure out how to get my pics on here again,I am posting on my face book page. Adding pics through out the day on there. Hopefully one of the Dads that got the wishes meet pic will send me it,as I did not get that one.
Had a great night last night.Met up with Christian,Christopher,Barry,Tim for Wishes.After the meet Christopher went over to ride space mountain with my family.While riding SP we met up with Ron.Had a little handshake and pic then Christopher was off to meet more people ( he is popular) lol. Afher that Ron and his family hit some rides with us.My wife was cranky,tired and not feeling well so she went back to room.( and yes I can say this cause she is not here in room looking over my shoulder).My youngest went back with her and the other three stayed with me.So we went and hung out with Ron and his family.We there park emptied out and we had walk on for the rides It was empty after 10.We hit Buzz and yes I beat him however his son Hunter crushed us.Then it was off to laugh floor.We made our way over to pirates then hit Thunder Mountain.We wanted to go to HM after but the kids wanted to ride TM again so we did.After second time they wanted to go again so Ron made the all a deal if we went on TH again then they had to go on HM with us they all said ok.Guess what happened after the third TM ride? When it was time to to to HM they all said we tricked you So we skipped Hm and made our way towards IASW. Rons son Hunter took to my kids fast,he was running off with them and had a great time.It's almost like they knew each other for years. My kids were great with Hunter I can bet we meet up at SP now !!!!!! they will have a blast together.I will have some picks of the night on my FB page.
If any other dad wants to spend some time and hit a couple ride together just hit me up.I am sure Ron and I will see each other again for some rides. Hey my oldest daughter makes for a great babysitter lol.She loved meeting and being with another kids regardless of the age.
Well off to create some more memories.

You probably didn't know this, but when you and Barry met up the other night, he placed a gpsinator on your back so he could track you down day or night! WTG, Barry!
