Hello all. I have been reading your thread for quite a while and I feel like I belong to this group. I fit the bill on about half of the requirements, and am deifnitely ready for my next trip in just 17 days!!!:banana::banana:

I am currently working on a pre-trip report also. Please feel free to take a look at the link in my signature.

Welcome Jason!

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARK!!!!!

Thanks Dave!

Plus I can find a way to make just about every stressful shopping experience fun (for me at least); we were in Walmart last year and saw this lady jerk the last vacuum cleaner box out of some other womans hand. So I followed her around for 15 minutes until she left her cart unattended and removed it. Couldn't find the other lady to give it to so I just put it back for someone else.

:thumbsup2:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

I just got an e-mail about a package for ESPN the weekend... yeah, just twist my arm a little bit. :rotfl2:

My wife and I were actually discussing Disney World last night. She likes it, but doesn't love it... I, obviously, am severely addicted. We've done vacations in the past with her parents or my parents, but aside from our honeymoon and 1st anniversary, we haven't gone on a vacation anywhere by ourselves. We've been thinking about taking our son on a family vacation next Nov/Dec to Disney for a few days and then hitting the beach. This one is still in the preliminary planning stages and being debated.

Anyway, I found out yesterday that my sister told her that my Mom is planning a family trip to Disney :woohoo:... in 2012, which being an even year, also happens to be when we're supposed to go with my wife's parents to Gatlinburg. I told her we just need to get with them and find out when they want to go. Gatlinburg is always a weekend through about Tues/Wed thing and my mom always does a week in Disney. I start running with the idea of scheduling Disney with my family for the week after Gatlinburg:idea:... we're already halfway there, we spend a couple days driving down, hit the beach, stay a night in a deluxe resort, meet up with my parents probably on Saturday (which means I'm sure we'll stay at Pop the rest of the time). I thought it was a great idea, my wife, not so much.:sad2: She then went on to inform me that she doesn't want to get up for rope drops or be at the parks late every night like the last time we went with my family. I then, always being the smart peanut butter, told her that's fine with me, she can sleep in while I'm riding Rock n Rollercoaster 4 or 5 times.:headache:

Ok, vent over.

You had my attention at: “C. F. Martin”… I really didn’t hear another word after that. :rotfl2:

If you’re going to spend time in the doghouse, it might as well be comfortable.

Welcome to the club! Please excuse the smell - we're only 40 pages into this new thread, but really, we can't even keep it clean for 20. :rotfl2:

Well, it helps when you're 6'8". You can get away with a lot more. :thumbsup2

I've been contemplating that all-important question lately. Am I a man or a schnitzel? I'm not entirely sure yet, but I think I might be a schnitzel. If I am, is there a special room or meeting place within the club that I should be?

Also I've been working on my Perry the Platypus imitation:

(clears throat)

The Perry the Platypus imitation is spot on, but I have no idea what the rest of that means. :confused3

OK, so go with out her. As in she can stay home. (Don't tell her it was my idea, though.)

The doghouse is roomy. We live on an old (as in established 1830) farm. I put a fence around the old smokehouse, cut a hole in a wall and removed half of the floor since the dogs like to sleep under the floor for some reason:confused3. That would leave plenty of room for me on the floor while the dogs are sleeping on dirt. And I don't have electricity there, but I've got an extension cord running to it for the heated water bowl... all I need is a power strip and I'm in business! Thanks for the ideas, I think this might work.

I won't tell her it was your idea if you don't tell her I've already considered that.:lmao:

I haven't yet, but there will be a payback....how was the Richmond BPS, I haven't been in that one yet (yes, yes I know, everyone get over the shock:lmao:)

I think you have a picture to post yes?

This is my bass, there are many like it, but this ones mine.........:cool1:

Thanks Ron!

Hummm... How about I skip the middleman and just add in a whole Beer Cooler?

I think a guy could get used to that...
