My story: Last Friday, I went out to the bar with a few of the 20-something ladies that I work with. Most are pretty cute, BUT

After a few rounds, and a few conversations, I got home. On the drive home, i had a revalation:
Nothing reminds me of just how lucky I am to have my wife the spending an evening out without her.

I'm sure most of you feel the same way about your wives, so i thought i'd share my story, since you all "get it."

You see, when the weather turns cold - and not this "oh golly, it appears that I may require a light jacket during my evening stroll" cold that you southerners get - I mean the "polar bear at the local zoo packed his bags and is searching Expedia for flights to Alaska to thaw out" kind of cold that we get in Wisconsin, water will actually solidify. Crazy, right?

Insanity. Daddy'o needs to post the picture of us with Bob at POR last January. One of us is wearing a jacket. The other is wearing shorts. Do we need to identify who is whom?

On a cheerier note, Mrs. AJRitz took the kids to the Missouri State Fair yesterday. Scaredy Cat Squeaker is finally warming up to amusement park rides! His favorite was The Bumblebees - a Dumbo-like ride that he said he liked because it went up high

Maybe he'll actually enjoy some rides at Disney after all!
