What's up fellas?

I was going to respond to some of your posts but it took 10 minutes for the reply to load and now I have no clue what I wanted to type. Hope you all are doing well.

We went to see Ralph from Ralph's World, Sun at SP. We were able to get front row, before the last song all the kids were invited onstage I went up with my son, we were behind the guitar player, near the end of the song he got on his knees and was jamin' out in front of my son, at the end he said how was that. I said to my son hey that's the guy who taught Eddie Van Halen how to play ( he liked that).

At the end of the show we went to the meet and greet, we hung out for awhile so we would be last inline. At one point the band came out a door behind us, and I asked if my son could get a pic with them, they were more than happy to do it.

Then I showed them the pic we had for Ralph to sign, it was a picture inside a picture of Ralph and my son (this was our 3rd time we saw them) they loved the concept.

When we got up to Ralph and showed him the pic he also loved it, said it's time to bring it to the next level of a picture inside a picture inside a picture, after he signed the pic a held it up so we could take the next pic, we got to hang out with him and the drummer for a few mins, told me to email the pic to him so he could put it on the website, said maybe this will become a new fad.

Could not have asked for a better time, If you get a chance to see them they are a great bunch of guys, and put on a great show

Oh wait I...just found a flaw in this. One of my goals is to be "That Guy" in the Monster's Inc. Laughing Floor...but if they find out my Chinese Name I can't be "That Guy" because I'll be "Dawong Fook-Hing Gui"

Thanks AJ - I keep forgetting about the resources we've put in place! Some I even had a hand in myself. Duh.
I was trying to see if I couldn't get in a quick visit down there myself next week due to a work trip that needs to happen sometime in the next couple of weeks. Connecting with another DDC dad is certainly a reason to make it happen... if only the rest of the details could come together.

I've been having some fun reading this Board. My boss is wondering why I keep laughing out loud. Anyway, we are going down to Disney in August for 10 days - me, wife, DD8, DS5 - staying at the Contemporary.

Last time I was there was in 2000. Wife and I stayed at the Wilderness Lodge and had a great time. Funny tidbit (to me, at least) was that Dee Snider from Twisted Sister was staying there at the same time. My wife had no idea who he was but I thought it was great. She doesn't understand why I keep telling people the highlight of our trip was staying at the same hotel as Dee Snider.

Disney Commando, I was born and raised in NJ - lived there until I was 26 - in Hasbrouck Heights which is near Giants Stadium. Remember, NJ drivers never have to apologize for anything as we are always right. Speeding is always acceptable unless you are at the shore. If someone does not understand what a "jughandle" is, that is their loss.

It started off with the automation system but for some reason it kept messing up the spelling of my last name, then it switched me over to a op. She did say something to that effect at the end, can't remember exactly what.

I asked about if Le Celliar was going to a sig. She said she hasn't heard about it, so it looks like we might be safe for Dec as a TS.
