WOW, WELCOME TO ALL THE NEW DADS!!! i go to philly, the city of brotherly love, for one day and 4 pages goby. i design and sell heating and a/c systems for a local supply house.

MiJo...haaaaaaad to go there didn't you??:lmao::lmao::lmao:

Ok, I admit, I have my phone with me...but I have 15 guys (and 2 gals) spread all over the world at any given time.....given where they are, they need to be able to get me if at all possible---HOWEVER, it is restricted to emergencies only---:lmao::lmao::lmao: It stays on vibrate and only gets answered where appropriate---like NOT on POC:confused3:rotfl2:

I got texted by a Canadian on it once, too:lmao::lmao::lmao::lmao:

Otherwise I will call for directions or to line up chow at Rainforest Cafe, track down other party members etc. etc....

For occupation:

Supervisor, Federal Law Enforcement Agency...
is also head of disdadsland security!! code name: fed fuzz. if anyone ask, you can tell them but you will have to kill them.:lmao:

*sigh* Anyways, were's the best website (trusted) where I can purchase the perfect family package for disney world. I did the create a package at disney website and it came out to $1600 for famliy of 4, value resort, base MYW tickets for 5 days. BTW it also came with $300 dollar gift card. So I guess its as good as it gets...right?!?!?

Sounds pretty good. The $300 gift card would makes you think your getting it for $1300...there are certain restrictions on what you can do with that card...not sure what those are...but I'd check into that.

ONE tricky thing about the Disney site is it is geared toward people flying in early and flying out late...and they add ticket days accordingly.

We always drive and have to tweek the ticket days down by 2-3 before we really know the amount. The Disney site also usually puts you in the most expensive room available for your party size...at resort x. It's always good to check each category for details...to make sure your not getting a quote for something you may not want or need.

I've only had one on-site stay...and it was great...but could have done the same length of trip for allot cheaper...but found that staying onsite and adding a Quick Service Dining Plan was well worth the price.

That is a great deal! If you book through someone else at a discounted rate the $300 gift card goes out the window. So the way to look at it you would have $300 to go towards dinning:thumbsup2

Cool, I had no idea this group was around but just saw the post on the Podcast board. I would like to join as well if I am so allowed. I am 40 years young and have 3 kids (DS9, DD7, DS4) and have been married to my beautiful wife  for 13.5 years. I am a total Disney addict and am ashamed to admit that I meet SEVERAL of the criteria on the first post. :lmao: We go to WDW or DL anywhere from 2 - 6 times a year and our next trip is with the DIS ABD trip in April in California. Hopefully I have what it takes to be a proud member of this group and I would be honored to join you all. :worship:

:)

Fed - did you hear about the new 2011 Police cars Ford is going to put out! They are on a Turuas body, have plates in the seats incase of attack from the back, opp bullet proof doors, vinyl back seats and floors for easy hose down, and can withstand a 75mph rear hit + the PI engine. Wonder what they are going to cost:confused3

More than an Impala that's for sure....:lmao::lmao::lmao: At least tricked out any way..

I've seen the prototypes at FLETC for just about all of them....still gotta' say the Charger is by far the most fun:thumbsup2:thumbsup2

My Suburban just won't keep up....the older I get, the more I like my SUV's:thumbsup2

I think Chevy destroyed itself when they stopped making the CC, the mojority of Police cars and Taxis used them, when they all adopted the LTD or Crown Vic, alot of my friends + my dad whose Dept. went to the Ford liked it better over the CC (esp. the handleing).
If GM didn't loose all that bis. they might not be in the shape they are now.

I had a Caprice back in the early-mid 90s....it freaking flew, much faster than the "new body" crown vic I got later.....that 350 was something else man...no replacement for displacement...

Trooper buddy had a new style Camaro back in the day...he hurt a Vette's feelings one night---I drove by him, rolled down the window and yelled "hey that's cheating":lmao::lmao: The Vette driver (a local attorney) was less than amused...

God I loved "testing" the new cars out at the airport---the slick tops always outran the ones with the bar lights (aerodynamics)...I had an unmarked since I was a Detective, but I made sure I picked a quick one before they got assigned:lmao::lmao:

A big Welcome to all the new Dad,It seems like just yesterday I was the last on the list and my ticker broke the year mark YEA:banana::banana::banana:

Nothing wrong with that, if you can use them might as well abuse them:lmao:

One or two may have gotten "cracked up a little" (not by me) during the hijinks...:rolleyes1:rolleyes1

Ahhh, the good ole days---pretty sure the Chief knew, he'd been around a while:rotfl2:

We have booked our vacations through a travel agent, direct through Disney when we had free dining offers, and are now DVC members so we go through member services. I hear good things from these from friends ...

Mousesavers.com
UndercoverTourist.com
Smallworldvacations.com

...but not used them. Not sure if all offer packages or maybe just tickets. Good luck.

WE have used both mousavers.com and undercovertourist.com. Mousesavers is a website that has discount codes that you can use and it is updated regulary...they also have a monthly e-mail they send out with lots of information and special links. One of those links is to part of the undercover tourist site and you can by disney tickets there a little cheaper than through disney...but you have to use that mousesavers link to get the mousesavers discount.

First of all, one day and I've got 5 pages to catch up on. :scared1::scared1::scared1:

:welcome: Welcome to all the new Dads and great idea on the advertising of the group Aaron!

DisneyDaddy-O: Congrats on the career shift.
FreezinRafiki: If you're heading to DDO's restaurant and going south around Lake Michigan can I hitch a ride? :thumbsup2

Emma's Dad: Happy Birthday DON!!!

:dancer::banana::dancer::banana::dancer::banana::dancer::banana:

Everyone else, I hope you are having a great day / week.
