I have to say I'm not really upset about the Juniors game. I mean I feel bad for the kids and coaches but the pressure of those 5 gold medals in a row was too much on them going in. The fact it went to overtime makes me happy that we have strong hockey programs in both countries who can put on a hell of a show. I'd really hate for it to get to the point of Olympic basketball where people are cheering against a country just because they always win.

I couldnt agree more, it was a great game. I have to admit I thought Canada might have pulled out some magic when they tied it up. Competition always makes things much more exciting.

Now if the Leafs can just pull it together this new decade I might feel a little better.

I live just outside of the City of Reading in West Reading. There are a bunch of regulars on this site from this area. There are three guys from the Lehigh Valley/Poconos, another from Delaware and another from that state to the east.

You must be reading my mind that is one of the three weeks we looking at.Went that time in 08 was great,family just went that week this yr09 and said it was mobbed.I think it was due to the delay in the parade taping but who knows.

This is odd. www.threadsmith.com - the site that MiJo found for embroidering custom logos - has shut down for a few months. According to their website "Our goal is to be back online and fulfilling your embroidery needs within a few short months"

So if you had planned on getting the Dis Dads Club logo embroidered onto something, you're going to have to wait until Spring.

What kind of company can just shutdown for 3 months? I realize redeveloping a website is not easy, but most places do it on test servers and shutdown for a weekend at the most to install it on the live machines. Very weird...
