The Dining Plan and the app

I was wondering if the Dining Plan shows up on MDE? When I was booking the discounted Annual Passholder rate the website was glitchy and was showing the dining plan without an option to decline. I think I worked around it to not have it included in my stay, but I was wondering if I didn't do it right and I currently have it, is there a way to check? Would it mention somewhere that I have the dining plan? I've never bought it before so I wasn't sure how it appears to people.

It would say under your reservation on MDE if a dining plan was booked. Would also say in your email confirmation.
