Well, I have decide to start a journal. I am 24 years old. I have a almost 7 dd and a dd 3 who will be 4 in June. I work full time as a mortgage processor and part time at target. I have always been able to eat whatever I wanted. After I had my first daughter I was able to put on my regular pants when I came home from the hospital. Then I got pregnant with dd #2 and she just love MickyD chicken nugguts.
After I had her I only lost 3 pounds. I have manage to stay at 175 for the past three almost four years. I never actually tried to diet or lose weight. I always though evenutally it will come off. Not the case.
I have bad eating habits. Really bad. Take out is the biggest. Also I do not like alot of foods. I love my junk food, candy, anything prepackaged, and beloved taco bell
I signed up for the gym at the end of March. So far this week I have went mon., tues. and thurs. I plan on going Friday and Saturday. On Monday I did the elipitcal (sp) for 30 mins and tues treadmil walking for 25 jogged for 5 and weight train. and Thurs, Treadmil walking for 20 Jogging 10. I have found that the treadmill is my machine. The 30 mintues goes by so fast. Were as the elipitcal (not sure if this how to spell it but this is how it is going to spell for my journal) I am dying after 5 mins. Maybe I start off to fast. I would like to try the bicycles and this other machine, but for now I like the treadmill.
I am trying to cut out eating out. I have brought my lunch with my everyday this week. It was salad, which my salads consist of lettuce, cubes, cheese, and chicken. and a varied of snacks, 100 calorie packs of fishes, triscuit and cheese packages, south beach diet snack bar -chocolate delight, mini fig newtons, yogurt, bananas, plums. Today I have a turkey and cheese wrap, 6 triscuits, SBD bar, banana, plum, and fig newtons. Sounds good. For breakfast I did not do good. Med. Coffee from dunkin donuts. (that is good ususally I get a large) and a bacon,egg, and cheese sandwhich on a wheat bagel. I took the bottom of the bagel off so I only had half of the enormous bagel.
I have not set up weight-in yet as I do not have a scale. I did weigh myself at my moms house on either monday or tuesday after the gym and it said I went lost three pounds. I am not going to go by that. I think I am going to buy a scale tonight when I am working at target. Then I can have an offical weight-in.
