Just tried the on-line ADR system...works great :cool1:

I was looking for dinner anywhere in MK area during free dining and a MK late EMH. Good luck, huh!!

Well I got a 5:05 ADR at "The Diamond Horseshoe" says it's an all you can eat family style restaurant. It also says it's seasonal during free dining. anyone ever been? I assume it's on the dining plan for 1TS but if someone can confirm that it would be great too.

Depending on response I'll decide to keep or cancel. At least I got a good time in the area we want to be.

Thanks!!!

They open Diamond Horseshoe for overflow table service dining during the free dining periods and some high attendance periods like Easter. From what I understand it is the same menu as Liberty Tree dinner.

I call the LIberty Tree, "all you can eat meat-Turkey, Pork and Beef." If you're a meat eater-go for it!

It's been years since I have been to the Diamond Horseshoe. There was a show and dinner.

My uncle always had priority seating there because he worked at minute maid??? Maybe they supplied the juice??? Can't remember.

So, I'm not much help, but anxoius to hear how it was.

It is the same as LTT. They share a kitchen I believe. I went for FD last Sept. as a last minute trip & it was good. There is a stage but no show. An underutilized space I think Disney should rethink this poss. as a character meal year round. IMO this makes perfect sense as ADR's seem to be tough anytime of year and an additional venue would be greatly appreciated.
