Yes you have plenty of time....I'm a handful of years older than you ::yes:: ...so time's a ticking. And I agree with your DH...it's those sleepless nights that are a killer.
I liked the pic. of all your kids.My DH's older 2 kids from previous marriage try to avoid my camera when they visit summers. Must be a teenage boy thing. :rotfl: But, I still keep trying. :)

Queen Kate - Sorry to hear you romantic W/E isn't happening and hope the kids feel better soon - there's always next weekend for romance. At least it won't be a lonly weekend with all your friends here.

Hope everyone who is sick gets better soon, all those going on trips have a wonderful time and take lots of pics.

That looks like a good movie, please let us know how it is. Have fun!

it was pretty good--i never readthe book so i wasnt sure what to expect---It felt like it was too long (144 minutes) and i got confused at some parts, but it wasnt too bad for not having any idea what the movie was about!

Paul - I feel for you

with this new diet - my body seems to be purging everything and it aint pretty

on top of that Nick has had at least 5 poopy diapers a day this week - which is why I finally enlisted Julias help :rotfl2:

and Julia is on an anitbiotic that turns her poop bright red - it looks like blood - thank goodness I was prepared for it this time

she took it once as a baby and when I went to change her diaper it look like blood b/c it had also loosened her stool - it was Christmas day and i PANICKED called the doctor and he felt horrible when he called - he felt bad for not warning me and was shocked the pharmacy didn't either - usually they both do - unfortunatley they forgot to tell me

Sorry your romantic weekend has turned out so Poopy. Maybe when everyone is back to normal you can plan another one.

I am the Dame! ;)

Yes, we are planning a big trip in April 07 for Alyssa's bday, and will prob take my mom/dad with us, so hopefully we will still have enough points for a 2br. I am hesitant on the 1 br because I have heard once you start that, you never go back to the studio!!

Sorry Tammi - That is why I said I needed a spreadsheet.

With Terry and Tammi and 3 Jen & Jennifers, I am just way too confused.

I have spent about 3 hours tonight working up a spreadsheet with way too much info.

Yup we call your panties knickers :goodvibes

And here's another one - suspenders are the things that hold up your stockings... not your trousers... we call those braces :goodvibes

Clare - I forgot this one

braces - what my son is getting ready to have put on his teeth by the orthodontist

Matthew loved it, I could not see the TV from where I was sitting :rotfl2:

Now I am sitting here alone laughing out loud.

I will have you know that my soda is a Diet Coke tonight. Just the right drink to spew on the screen!

Jen,

I haven't read the book either. Do you think that would help?

DH and I have date night on Monday and I want to see a movie. Geisha was on my short list.

Brendita - Glad to see you back.

.

My friends sister (senior in high school) came with us--she read the book and when we were talking she said she was glad she did, as it made more sense to her--
Im sure you will be better than me without reading--I had a hard time following it because of the accents and i just wasnt wanting to pay as \close attention as i needed to!

What's a sweeper?

This one had my roommates from Rhode Island and Washington totally confused, when I just moved into my apartment and my Mom said she bought a sweeper.

Becky

Is that a broom (wooden long wooden handle with bristles on to sweep floors) or a hoover or a carpet sweeper - long plastic handle with bristles on that you run back and forth on the carpet and it collects the durt in the bottom...

Claire,
That was the thing that DH and I noticed when visiting London and Dublin, Ireland. All trucks seemed smaller. Also no big cars. Unless it was someone from the states who got stationed over there and brought their car over with them. Even if a truck had two trailers on it, each was shorter in length. Also, it was weird, messengers on small motorcycles would keep going between cars even in stopped traffic. :earseek:

Anyone on a motorcycle big or small will go between cars in stopped traffic - they're all MAD!!! They buy a bike so they don't get caught in traffic jams.

The actual worst is when they try and overtake you at 100 mph when you're already in the outside lane of the motorway. (That's the far right - we drive on the otherside of the road - and I think you call it an interstate - and the max speed limit is actually 70mph)

Sooner or later they'll get :crowded: squashed!
