The DDA Trouble Free Zone Part 9

Wednesday dawned very bright and sunny, but MTM wanted to jump in puddles so I put his boots on. Plus if my DD needed me, he would be ready in case it rained.

Here is a picture of MTM sitting on the door of Stephanie's car. Behind him you can see yellow fencing. That is the walkway that right now is closed. What a problem it is causing. That is the only way some of our Seniors can get into the building because the other entrance has stairs. We hope to get a better answer tomorrow.

This picture is at a place called Kitchen Kettle It has a lot of really neat shops. But it was also closed on Sunday :rotfl:

MTM saw this sign and had to have his picture taken by it :rotfl2:

I just talked to Amy and she had a good visit with the Dr. today. She's still 2-3 cm dilated. This was her last visit before her induction :cheer2: !

They're still getting unpacked and Kevin's trial is wrapping up. She sounded as good as she looks in the pictures!
Great news. :thumbsup2 And how are you doing? When is your due date again?

Well after 2 days of no rain, here it comes again. :(

:sad2: I know how you feel. We're still reeling, and we had a major thunderstorm tonight with hail and heavy rains. The basement has a small stream again. :sad2:

That would be a good no, butBethie helped to ensure she would be the last. On her way out she pulled a few things with her and they had to be removed later because of it.
But that isa good one.
ouch. She definitely wanted to stay the baby. :rotfl:

I was being genteel and not going to say anything, but...

Either MK or MGM and yes that did help, thank you.

They are heavy. Are you thinking about MK in particular? It is usually less crowded on Christmas Eve than on Christmas Day when the park is usually closed to new people early in the day. This is a relative lighter crowd, though. It is still lots of people! And we wouldn't miss it for anything in the world. :goodvibes

Epcot is pretty light on Christmas Eve too and we usually go to the CP that night.

Can't speak about the other parks because we don't ever go to either of those on Christmas Eve.

Did that help at all?!?

Vicki - I think there might be a Yuletide Fantasy Theme park tour going on at that time too if your interested in the decorations. :teeth:

And it is fun and educational at the same time. Our family took this tour about 5-6 years ago and we really enjoyed ourselves.

I'm well, thanks for asking. We're just trying to get everything ready and settled for the baby's arrival. My c-section is scheduled for Aug. 29th.

Hi Everybody;

I just wanted to second what Kate said last night about Amy's DDA baby shower!!!! I had a great time, and Amy looks awesome (especially considering she is giving birth any second now), and the gifts that everybody sent were amazing!!!! I think that Amy was SO touched by every body's generosity and SO very appreciative!!!! I was at their old & new house this past weekend helping with the move and I can't even begin to imagine how exhausted she and Kevin both are, but you would never know it!!!! That's why I think that last night meant so much to her and I'm glad she was able to get out and relax!!!! I also think that she was so happy to have a shower even for her second baby, I know that after all of the build up for the first baby you just feel sad for your later kids for also not having that prebirth recognition!!!

Kate and Jennifer it was really great to see both of you, I had SO much fun!!! I came home and read all but the last 20 pages of Kingdom Keepers, I slept for like 4 hours, but I was SO wound up, and once I start reading I can't stop. Let me know when things settle down and you all can come over for a cookout/swim!!!!

Amy has a Dr. appt. tomorrow and since they don't have Internet yet I told her to call me and I will give you all the details!!!

Have a good day!!!!!!
:goodvibes

Thanks for the great report!!! I'm so glad Amy liked her stuff..... :goodvibes :goodvibes
