I'm still around...Kevin and I were discussing furniture arrangements for the new house. He has all these graph paper "rooms" and furniture cut out to scale. Very impressive, but very overwhelming.

Ooh, those are always fun! Everytime we rearrange, I do my little graph paper "rooms" and furniture. Then I spend days rearranging to see how it would "look".

While at Payless this past week we saw light up high heels!!
Not a good look for anyone!!

When I went into the strip club a couple of weeks ago one of the strippers had on a pair of light up heels. They were the best things to look at :rotfl: :rotfl:

I'm still looking, but I will find SOMETHING! We moved the kids rooms around a few months ago, and the photo albums were in Corey's room. I just have to figure out where I put them!

I'm sorry Chuck wasn't feeling well yet. I hope you had a nice anniversary anyway.

I thought you were going to Lansing next weekend? A sunset cruise sounds much nicer!

I was going to Lansing next week-end. However, Bob was really disappointed that Chuck & I weren't going to be at their anniversary party. I knew that when Liz found out about the surprise she'd be just as disappointed if not more. So, I made different arrangements to get Becky to her leadership conference which starts Sunday in Lansing. I'll head down on Monday for my meetings and bring her home on Thursday.

If you watch the redneck comedy tour on Comedy Central, Bill Envil does a whole thing on bedroom slippers with a headlight. Those shows are so funny. I must be a redneck

I love Bill Engvall! I think he is currently my favorite comedian. My friend loaned me one of her CD's of his stuff years ago. I love his family stuff.

I'm glad the headache is better although I would feel better if they were able to diagnose it. That has to be frustrating. I hope the HA completely goes away and stays away.

Deb
we are thinking it might be related to my wisdom tooth which feels like it has abcessed. good thing the dr gave me antibotics. of course I also have a cough and runny nose. my left ear feels a bit clogged. when i tried to hold Oivia to see what cereal she wanted i got out of breath.

That's great. I wish you guys weren't so far away, or we would try and come!

Oh, I found some pictures of the first day I met you guys, so without further adoo, in honor of Chuck and Vicki's Anniversary, here are some pictures form 1987:

Wow, I was so young!!!! That was my favorite hair style. I've never been able to duplicate it! Liz must have been pregnant with Paul. That was a fun week-end!!!!

Three eyes, green hair, horns.......:rotfl2:

Definitely with longer hair. I wish I could have a simple 'no muss no fuss' 'do like yours. It looks great on you, but I look awful with short hair.

That is one of the only periods in my life that my hair looked nice. I have very thin hair and it usually lays quite flat unless I have a perm. The beautician did a fantastic job with the cut that time. I've taken the picture to different beauticians over the years and they have never been able to recreate it!

Took me a while to figure out you were responding to Terry with this! I was looking all over those pictures of Vicki to see the "three eyes, green hair, horns......"

It looks great on you. My hair is thin, flat and straight too. I haven't had a perm in years though, and am very afraid to get one. With the humidity here in VA I'm afraid it would frizz out in the summer. But which is worse, frizz or flat??:confused3 Between the money I spend on cuts and coloring, thought, I don't know if I want to add on any more for a perm. I have Disney trips to pay for!!

I went for frizz this summer. It usually isn't this humid in the U.P. but for some odd reason it has been. I don't usually have it colored but I'm thinking I'll have to cover the grey soon! :rotfl: I hear you on having to pay for the Disney trips!

I have a full, thick head of hair that is usually permed...this perm is on it's last legs. We found a ball cap that fit my huge head(my husband's is smaller than mine) on Sunday and was comfortable and I felt like a poodle because my hair frizzed out. I was quite a sight!!
