I love Alias! I'm so excited it's back on...even if it is the final season. I caught up last summer thanks to Netflix. But it's being Tivo'd right now so no spoilers!

And the Segway tour is just for my info. I just don't know if I want to spend the money on it or not. I'd love to do it, but I'm afraid it'll confict with my Soarin' time. (Can you guys find out if they might give you a fastpass for Soarin' if you ask really really nice?)

Is anyone into Amazing Race? I was so happy to see who won this round!

I have been wearing my crocs to physical therapy and yesterday FOUR - yes I said 4 people commented on how much they loved them and one of my PTs went to try to buy them last night but couldn't find them!

Then today I wore my Niles and my other PT said to me - you always have such great shoes on!!

They are pretty worried about my knee - I did better today than yesterday and he said today that I have improved since I started - that I basically had no quad then - but that I still have a LONG road ahead of me and then he scared me b/c he asked if the Doctor said anything about surgery to me -
he said it is not common with this condition but sometimes it is the only thing to do

ETA: they are very concerned about the total collapse I had on Sunday

Okay, I'm back real quickly to ask, does anyone know of places that donate boxes? We have a lot of stuff to pack up, and if we could bypass having to buy boxes, that'd be great!

Amy - I'm going to give you my best moving tip - pay attention young lady! The best thing to do when packing up your kitchen is to buy the largest package of Bounty paper towels from one of the "clubs". When you pack your plates place two paper towels between each plate. I used to use newspaper but that got messy fast. Once you get to your new house and unpack - place the paper towels in a large stack and then use these same "packing" paper towels to clean the new house. Double duty! And it saves on packing materials. Everybody I've told this to and who's used it says it works for them. Of course, with the stemware I don't know if its enough so I would switch to bubble wrap for that. Good luck!

Unless she changed her dates, no. The dates she gave me for Vegas was April 28 - May 3 (I think). I'm sure of the April 28 date because we need to get PM to her before then. She's taking him with her.

Vicki, I know you have me on the list for Pal Mickey for May, did you put me on for my cruise in Alaska in September or does someone else have him then.

I am going to look quite funny with my work bear, Pal Mickey and my roaming gnome travelling around

I just wanted to update you guys on my friend alyssa...
I heard that she is in less pain today and they may start to lessen the amount of drugs they are giving her..still not looking good for her--hospice will be coming in..right now, my familys really having a rough time with this ,but were hoping it can get better!

It looks like there are 6 though I must have missed reading the sixth one. I'm going to have to look for it at the library next time. The first one is actually called No. 1 Ladies Detective Agency as is the series. My BIL got me the first three for my birthday last year as he had heard the author on NPR. It turned out to be a good choice.

Is Soarin' not a fast pass ride in WDW? It sure is in DCA! We love it, and will usually manage to squeeze in 3 or 4 rides a day on it.
