Orginally from St Petersburg, Florida but we left when I was 7 then I became a military brat then a military bride till DH got out of the Navy in 1973 and we have lived in Pa since then

I am still working on my charts and book - I have the book written - I need to illustrate it and do the boys book - then I need to find a literary agent who will submit it for me - I think it will be a while before I really hear anything since I have to get my butt moving first!!! Maybe I will do that today!

Keep us up to date on how it goes. I think about you and your different things a lot. I know you can go far with them.

Once I find the pics I am looking for, I will PM you my request.

Vicki - it was not just you - I would post Squirt and Crush designs and everyone would ooh and ahh over them

the worst was when I posted one that was crush and said Grab shell Dude - I am your ticket to DW and Becky asked if I was making the shirt for my dad since he was paying for me to go do the Half marathon - that was truly an EEEWWWWWWW moment for me!!!!

Here is when I realized there was more to the turtle talk than real turtles. Wasn't about to ask what it was about considering I knew that I'd already stuck my foot in it during the conversation a couple months back.

11:30 am – a toast to eeyore45 and into Turtle Talk with Crush we go: we ask Crush –what is the best way to get a turtle out of his shell? His answer: “all you gotta do is rub his shell a little!!”

Kate, you kiss the turtle to get him to play... you don't rub the shell!

I don't think B&C would be worth it on the DP. Big River might be good. I never thought of that. Thanks.

Hello all....

Who wants to adopt my 17 year old...please!!! I am soooo mad at him. He's had his car for only a few weeks...I just found out he got a speeding ticket...20 mph over the speed limit. What bothers me more is that he didn't tell me and borrowed money from friends to pay the ticket. Hello? guess he doesn't realize mothers find out everything! So smart...yet such a dork!

Sorry to bring you down, but it doesn't get any better. Right now my youngest son at 27 has gotten a few too many. I keep waiting for him to finally get wise that he should just not drive for a while.

I edited my 20,000 post. But it's the strangest thing.... the timing is off if you view it in Mozilla (and probably netscape). Oh well, it's the best I can do trying to keep up with you all as well and fend off angry remarks from Chanon!

Maybe that is why I can't keep up, we use Mozilla also. Will have to switch browsers then.

John is home today so he will get the kids, drive up here, pick me up, and then we are off. So I'm guessing, depending on NB traffic, hitting the road around 1:30.

BTW, DDA, so I don't get in trouble like some people on this thread , I will be heading to PA to spend the weekend at my parents, so I won't be around as much. But I will check in every now and then. I'll be home Monday night.
