Now that I've stolen the milestone, I'm gonna run. I want to try to get the kids to lay down for a bit, as I'm hoping to go to Mass tonight and then stay for the CYM to perform The Living Stations. I think Nicholas will learn a lot from it. See you all later.

But- here's my good news as to why I was away-

Apparantly all my "charm" worked out after all! (Just not for a free dining trip in the fall!) DH felt bad about having to turn it down after all so this was my "consolation" prize.

I would post a real picture of it on my driveway, but it is starting to drizzle and I don't want to get it wet It is silver like this picture, though.

Oooohhh! My DH would love your garage and all it's contents. Poor man ended up with three women in his house. The girls are kind of prissy at that. I on the other hand am a tomboy. He has been wanting a 4-wheeler. I talked to him about it yesterday and told him he should look at it. He laughed and said "Why, so you can use it against me to get your DVC?" The man knows me too well! Though, actually I was feeling guilty about wanting DVC when he wants a 4-wheeler. Now, he says they aren't any fun unless you have two. Men!!! The only problem is I'm not the least interested in 4-wheelers. I like to take walks in the woods not tear through them on a machine. Looks like we'll have to spend more time discussing this. Not sure who he thinks will ride the second 4-wheeler. I think that he should buy one and find some friends that he can go riding with.

Have fun cleaning your garage!! After my office, that is the last place that needs to be organized in our house. I don't look forward to it.

Chris and I both have motorcycles and the boys have the 4 wheelers. One is a gas powered 50 cc and the other is one of the larger power wheels version. We used to have adult 4 wheelers, but there really isn't any place to ride around here unless you travel 45 minutes or so to a nice trail. The boys ride theirs around our lawn. Between our lawn and my brother's lawn they have 2+ acres to ride on. His kids also have a mini bike and a 4 wheeler. We also have 2 snowmobiles, but with no snow we didn't get to ride those at all this year 4 wheelers are fun, but you really need a place to ride them.

I just wanted to take this time to thank my DDA friends for listening to my ramblings, helping keep me motivated to keep making positive life changes including my weight loss and organizing my office, increasing my Disney obsession including DVC, inspiring me to use my creativity in designing and other areas of my life and just for being there. You are a great bunch of people and I'm happy to call you friends.
As Denise said, now on to 10,000 (I got a lot farther to go though).

Congratulations. There have been a lot of milestones lately. That is very cool.

I loved everyone's trips down memory lane, so I did one too. I figured out though, that I don't know where the rest of my pics from my honeymoon are though.

Anyway, this is Craig and I leaving the church in July, 1993. Goodness that dress did nothing for my figure (I had one back then ) :

Wow, 12 years between Disney trips. Any I can tell from your wedding pictures that you were already obsessed. How did you manage the wait? It's only been 6 months since we were there and we are dying to go back. Loved your photos. It is nice to see everyone Then and now.

This should probably be taped to your bathroom mirror where one could read it every day. You may not realize it, but it's 100% true.

Ok. Not only am I addicted to this board but now I'm addicted to my Pal Mickey. I think I'm definitely going through my second childhood! Told you guys I wasn't old! I have been buying clothes & accessories for him since I've returned from my trip. Now that my girls are older they won't let me dress them up and show them off. What's worse is I want Disney to come out with a Pal Minnie so I can dress a girl 'cuz there are so many cuter clothes for girls.

I am creating a webpage for my Pal Mickey. I've always wanted to play with webpages but am not ready to create one for the family (too many pictures to scan yet). Here is the link to the beginning of the webpage and a link to his pictures. Don't worry I'm being careful not to spend too much so that it interferes with my DVC plans!!!!
