I agree!!! I want this summer to go by as slowly as possible!!! This is the best "job" in the world!! Although I can't believe how much she has learned in Kndg. this year, it is amazing how much she has grown!!

I definitely think I would like to try for a 3rd, I will just miss having a little one around. I think I have put it off so long though because I know it will more than likely be my last (unless we win the lottery!!!)!! My best friend just had her 3rd and she has kids the exact same age as me, and she is SO happy. She keeps saying though that she thinks she might want another one (which she swore that this was it), I think once her postpartum wears off she will be rethinking that statement!!!

Perhaps you should change the words under your sig picture to read 1... 2... 34...42... have we drunk 45 yet?

:rotfl:

It will be I lost count and started counting again. Drinking around the world at EPCOT and/or a Monorail Drink A thon would easily accomplish this. Just make sure you space the drinks out and drink lots of other fluid so you don't dehydrate. Plus don't operate any machinery, Segway's included. I don't want to hear on the Disboards or the news how some kids got ran over at EPCOT by a group of drunk ladies on Segways. :rotfl2:

I've read several posts talking about your kids starting Kindergarten at 5 or 6 years. It makes me wonder, what do they do before that? Is there another level at school before that? I don't know, it seems that it's just so different here in Mexico. I'm just curious.

Most of the USA doesn't require kids to start school until age 6. My kids have been in private church based pre-school since age 3 (this is their 3rd year in pre-school).

My triplets were very premature (11.5 weeks) and should have been born in mid September. We have held them back a year to start Kindergarten. They are where they would have been had they been born full term.

Do we get to request the drink you all have for us? ::yes::

I request you all have a Pineapple juice and Patriot Bay (don’t know the actual drink name, just what’s in it) drink for me. ;)
Yummy, yummy, yummy.

What is Patriot Bay????? I've never heard of it. Or do you mean Parrot Bay.

I think that a lot of kids go to pre-school at 3 & 4 years old. It is not mandatory, and the days vary depending on the schools/parents. I think it is mostly for socialization, but the also work on letters and numbers, and other things. It is also a lot of fun things like songs, stories, games, basic principles like weather, calendar, etc.. I think it is a great transition before they go 5 days a week to kindergarten.

I would give you all our sunshine but I am LOVING it :sunny: ....it is forecasted to be 70 degrees here today!!!! My kind of weather, not to hot not to cold.....kind of Goldilocks weather!!!

You could have had the sunshine I did not get to enjoy today because I had to work all day. Everyone kept saying it was so nice and :sunny: outside but not inside in the basement without windows. Boy did I wish I was outside.

Kristin -- I've been wanting to go there! When my DH turned 40, I surprised him with a trip (literally, I packed everything, conspired with his boss, picked him up at work and away we went to the airport!!!) and that was the first place I looked at. I eventually decided to go on a RCL cruise instead, just because Randy had never been on a cruise. Guess which ship ours docked beside in Nassau? The Disney Wonder. It was love at first sight, and two years later we went on our first DCL cruise.

I do still want to get to the Bahamian Sandals...

We really liked it there. We booked it right after 9/11 because they were practically giving trips away at that point. It is a total honeymooners place though. DH was hoping for a little more night life (outside of our hotel room that is :rotfl: ) It truly is beautiful and the food was outstanding!

Boy do I need a vacation. On TV I just heard the music they play on all of the Royal Carribean commercials. I said I want to go. My brother said "You want to go on the radio"??? Here it was a commercial for a radio station. :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl:

Still haven't heard if I can have the days off for the DDA trip. Then again we still don't have another employee yet either.

When my two sons were almost 4 & 8 (now almost 6 and 10) I was considering having also the 3rd. I really wanted a little girl, but of course money was a big issue for us. One day a girl friend of mine told me something that I never forget: You will never regret having a son, but you may regret it in the future not having one when you really want it. It's true. Now is the time to do the things you really want, because later on you may not be able to do it. Thanks to God we had our little girl, she is now 1 and 4 months, and I'm crazy about her. My 2 boys are growing and are doing their own daily activities and I get to stay again with someone at home and I'm truly enjoying her as she were the first one. It's a little complicated sometimes because I need to keep up with the boys too, but she has adapted pretty well and enjoys even going to her brother's soccer games. Oh well, I was hoping for a little princess, a gymnast or a ballerina, but I guess I'll have to consider a soccer princess too. :wave2:
