Night all. We're packed, John's parents are here, and we're going to bed now. John is taking his laptop, so I'll try to log on this weekend to give you an update. Visitation is 5-9pm CST tomorrow, and the funeral is at 11am on Saturday.

Thanks again for all the prayers.

As my mother tells me "Be Safe!" You'll be in our thoughts & prayers.

I looked you up on the map to see how far Bristol was from London a few days ago and figured it was not worth offering to deliver the crocs to you due to gas and driving time. :car:
Thank you for the wave as the plan flies over, I'll let my mom know she'll need to look for you. :rotfl2:

You're right it's way too far, but thank you so much for thinking of me :goodvibes

I checked with Amy on whether she uses real butter or margarine in her cookies when I heard so many people had problems with them. I've found that some recipes are better with margarine (even though they say butter) while others are better with real butter. I have both in my house for this reason.

SO did she say butter or marg? We all know my cookies were the laughing stock of the DDA so I need all the help I can get before I bake the next batch :rotfl:

Safe travels, Denise and John. pixiedust: pixiedust:

Butter!

Good Morning. Well, I stayed home from work today, as I have my bi-annual sinus infection. My face feels like it is about to explode from the pressure. I took some Nyquil last night. That stuff is great! I'm going to the doctor later on, after I get motivated to get in the shower. Today is just one of those days where I would love to lounge around in my jammies and not do anything, but I feel so unproductive when I do that. It's like having a wasted day. I'm sure that after I get some meds in me I will be back to my old self.

Tammi, I hope you feel better soon!! Sinus infections are miserable!!! You are definitely entitled to a jammie lounging day, everyone should have one every once in awhile!!!! Take Care!!! Julie

My favorite is when my teeth feel like they are growning. If I could buy new sinuses I would. I hope you feel better soon.

Denise- safe travels

Tammi- feel better soon!!

Tammi -

Feel better! Hopefully you can get this cleared up quickly... sinus infections are no fun! :wizard:

So, Kyle and I were putting in vacation requests for his weeks that he has during his first year. I know we are planning on going to January for the marathon weekend, which we thought would be our vacation. He has to take his weeks during Medicine months though (not Peds months), so that won't work. (Don't worry, still requsted the weekend off to go.... it just won't be one of our vacation weeks).

So then I said, "well, if you tell me when you're off I'll be GLAD to plan vacations for us :teeth: , but I don't really have any other specific requests".

His response? "Well, it seems we should split the time up a bit and take the first half during my first medicine block (July - October) and the other half during my second block (March - June). Which months out of those blocks are better at Disney World, you should know that without even looking"

So much for "I can do WDW yearly, or every calendar year (but maybe 18 months apart), but I don't really see myself wanting to go more often than that". :rotfl:

First joining the boards, then wanting to DVC as soon as it financially makes sense (and not a moment later, "because the prices just go up, you know Jen" ) , to vacationing there any time we have weeks off .... he might be as addicted as we are

Need some chicken soup?? My dog is at the vet (White Oak Animal Hospital) getting her follow-up tests run for Addison's Disease. If you need anything... holler!
