Actually I do have one that's not listed! It's one from the TA website that they gave out during the 100 Years of Magic. It looks like a castmember's name tag, but says "Disney Fan" and at the bottom instead of the city, it says "Goofy", which was for favorite memory/character. There are three on the site like this, but none that say Goofy. I'd post a pic, but it's scratched so much from me wearing it to the parks.

That sounds cool! You got to choose which character name you wanted on there?

They had a menu to pick from - but they did list just about everything that you can find at WDW...characters, rides, parks...
Oh might as well. Please ignore the scratches and chipped paint. But it's my favorite so it's worn a lot. But since nametags can be made for anyone now, it didn't get as much attention in 2006 compared to some of my earlier trips. The first time I wore it at Disney I was suprised to see how many people asked me about it!

Do I see a DDA tourqoise trend?

:rotfl2:

I  turquoise and have several pieces with it. I bought a Turquoise and Black coral necklace in Cozumel. The pendant is removable so I could wear it with something else or the necklace without.

Oh, Tammi? Did you see what Penny posted? She has TWICE as many pins as my whole family. NOW who is the Crazy Disney Pin Lady?:rotfl2:

Penny, what is your PinPics ID? I am nanny993, DH is TheChipMan and DS is baseballboy. I have most of our collections on PinPics, but I am missing some of DS's.

Yes, I am the crazy pin lady :lmao: :lmao:
At least that is one of the names my DH uses for me. My PinPics ID is ChaosCent. & I don't have 1,000, I have 946, I just checked. But I do have over 1,000 to trade. :yay: :dance3:
Feel free to check out my traders & I will check out yours. Thanks, Penny

I will keep the sign ups open until October 14th so I can get the info out to you all going to the World that week.

I think the minimum last year was $5 before shipping....unless there is some huge reason to bump it up I think that's where it's staying.

Don't forget you can have homemade here.

Don't you want addresses?? I think it might be awful helpful.:thumbsup2 I know there is the list but it would make your life easier if everyone included their address when the sent you their information. Just a thought.

I like that necklace

I'm loving all the turquoise jewelry. For years, my dad would get my mom turquoise pieces for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas, etc. They live very close to the Navajo nation in Utah, so he could find some really unique pieces. I'll have to see if I can get some pictures of them. It's really going to be interesting when Mom dies. My sis and I will be fighting over them. J/K! I don't think it will get that far! Mom is slowly giving away some of her pieces.

I went to Lowes and wasn't too impressed with their selection of washers.

There is a Sears about 1 mile from my office and a Home Depot about 1 mile the other way. Both of those carry the LG washers.

I stopped at the library to look at Consumer Reports but they let them get checked out and all the issues with washers were checked out. The one online report I read on LG said you could a cheaper machine to wash your clothes but that it was very good.

Not sure as what the LG Washer your refering to.
JMO I would get a Whirlpool.
Good solid machine well build & lasts.
G.E, Sears, Kenmore are all basic same brand cheap & don't last.
I work on washers & dryers almost daily.
I have worked on 20 year old Whirlpools in
better condition than 2 year old G.E.
Whirlpool just hold up better.

2 year old G.E

Tammi,
:wizard: I like the idea of listening to music (Disney music!) to help your mood. I get crabby sometimes & I can't figure out why (not pms). I guess its just the joy of being a woman!:lmao:

Deb,
WOW! The lights came out great!! I am convinced there is nothing on this planet that you cannot make!!

Tom,
Have fun!!! You made me miss the beach club!:sad1:

Tomorrow is my first day at the Disney store. I am excited. I have to find a good pair of black shoes that I can stand in all day & be comfy.

Besides MNSSHP, are we wearing matching shirts for any other day? Tomorrow is October & we can finally say "we are going to Disney this month!":cheer2:

lol...I thought of that after....but I also have most of them left from last year.

If you get a follow up PM next week....it just means I need an address.

I found an idea for a present for Jeff.

He likes it when I make homemade cookies. I was thinking about a coupon book for a batch of cookies each month. I just need some design help.

He is not picky he likes peanut butter, chocolate chip, I have made peanut butter/chocolate chip before as well. Should I put options on the coupons or make a few of each and he can choose which ones he wants that month. He also likes brownies. Banana pudding. Maybe I will make one for cookies and one for deserts. What do you all think?
