I decided last night if she hadn't come on as of this morning that I was going to give her a call. I just did and got the message machine. Will keep you all updated.

I got your message tonight, I worked 3 days back to back then we went to Waco to see Jeff's dad, then worked friday. Got haircuts today and watched the football game. Trying to catch up

Okay caught up.
Kristine so sorry about your news
Jen prayers and hugs for your family especially your Grandpa

Karen glad the itching went away
Elizabeth we got your post card, Thanks

Welcome to our new posters

:wizard:  and prayers for all.

So my blood sugars have been okay, I see the dietician on tues at 1pm. so we will go from their. The worst ones have been when I worked a 12 hr shift did not eat supper till after 8pm one night it was 9pm then all I did was lay down on my bed and snuggle with Olivia my blood sugars were over the 120 mark an hour after eating. I think I will be sick of eggs and peanut butter by the time Vifginia comes

Olivia got 5 shots when she saw her Dr on Tues. measles, Mumps, Rubella and Chicken pox were 2 of them these were both 2nd shots for them. Well wed. I noticed a bump on her stomach and one on her thigh, Thur she had 3 on her thigh. Well this morning she had about 7 of them on her stomach with yellowish heads she was not complaining of itching though and no fever. By tonight she had a few more on her legs, bottom and back. When I called the Pediatrician earlier in the evening and explained what she had they told me its Chicken pox and some people break out with a mild case after they get the vaccines. At first glance this morning I freaked a little thinking they were measles, I think we will skip church in the morning,

Well, I had a great start to my 3 day weekend. My son and his wife and my littlest grandson met my daughter, her family and me at Panera Bread for lunch before we went to Dutch Wonderland. We had a really nice day. My DGS 1.5 is getting so big!!:dance3:

My DD wanted to figure out what we are going to do for Thanksgiving. She needs a break from the kids. She wants to go to an undisclosed location and relax for the weekend. Sorta like the guys go to hunting camp. :santa: She wants us to go to a resturant for Thanksgiving dinner.:goodvibes This is not without precendent. For years I had a standing reservation for Thanskgiving dinner. :goodvibes :goodvibes

I really like the idea. We could go to a nice place for dinnner, still do the Black Friday shopping and then off to crop. No kids until Monday!!! The only cog in the wheel is my sister. She looks forward to coming here every Thanksgiving. I think she shoyuld arrive the Monday before and go home after the BF sales. Hmmmmm, wonder what she'll say???:hippie:

Tom this is my favorite by far. :)

I got Leighanna's Chef Mickey dress done today!

Good morning, DDA!

Jennifer - I am glad your blood sugar is staying in an OK range most of the time! Take care of yourself!

Stephanie - There is nothing wrong with Thanksgiving at a restaurant! Since my mom moved to Kansas we don't do a big dinner anymore. DH likes to cook, but it is too much food for the 3 of us. And DH usually has to work. He does happen to be off this year, but that's a rare thing. For us Thanksgiving means DH is getting close to vacation bid!!

I wish you all would get your tickers back! Since your siggys look so different I can't tell who anyone is! :lmao:

I see they are back this morning! YIPPEE!! :yay:

Good morning, DDA! :sunny:

Jennifer- Thanks for checking in. Hopefully Olivia won't itch too much.

Amy- Hope Matthew's fever is gone. Lots of girls wear their princess dresses to the ice shows. Love the pics! Alyssa looks so grown up. Our Disney on Ice show is High School Musical.

Glynis- How's Jacob doing today. The zoo sounded fun, the heat not so much. Glad Alan is home!

Karen- Glad the itchies are gone! Have fun visiting your friends's new baby.

Tom- Love the dress!!

Steffy- :yay: for the great start to your weekend.

Elin- Was the wine good?

Elizabeth- I hope the sales pitch isn't too horrible. Are you sure you really want to call over there?!?

Deb- :yay: for getting to come home early. Sounds like the deck is coming along well.

Vicki- Blackie does the same thing with the digging. Drives me batty.

Tammi- Did you get that pedicure?

Kim- Did you get that nap?

Maria- Don't worry about staying on top of us!! Just pop in when you get a chance!

's and :wizard: to everyone I missed!

Great recap Robyn, mind if I borrow & say ditto :teeth:

Anne Marie - I loved the pictures! Your children are beautiful.

Elizabeth - is DS playing the drum line from the Charlie Brown theme (probably better known as "Linus and Lucy")? If so, it probably IS the same thing over and over! ;)

My father used to despair of ever potty training my brother, and my mom finally told him to stop worrying. She said, "If we can't get him to do it, we'll wait and let his high school football coach do it." :lmao:

:rotfl: Bob and I are sitting here chuckling our fool heads off over this one! :rotfl:

Nope!!

We have textured ceiling and they are a big pain in the rear. If you find a way to easily clean them let me know;)

I knew I was forgetting something! Welcome home Anne Marie! Love the pics!

I had a very relaxing evening last night. I watched some movies with the boys & gave myself my own French manicure. I did not do a perfect job, but my nails do not look to bad. I paid $15 to have my nails done for Toni's wedding & I really liked the way they looked. I figured I better learn to do it myself & save the money!

Riley & I are getting ready to head to the store, I will get my shopping done today :thumbsup2

I am so glad our tickers are back, 45 Days! :cool1:

Riley told me this morning he could not wait for Christmas because we are going to Disney. I told him I am going to Disney next month :woohoo: (I know, mean. But I am so excited!)

Well I need to get moving...

We are meeting my parents, sister and niece for putt putt this morning. Then we are headed to my parents for lunch.

I still have to pack the diaper bag and make myself somewhat presentable.

Have a great day!

I wish I did :sad2: I take my broom & sweep the ceiling, oh what a mess that makes! Eventually all the popcorn should be gone, I can't wait!
