I get a break from Christmas shopping & wrapping this year Our Disney trip is our gift. I will get the boys a couple small things to open, but that won't be hard to wrap or put in a bag

Speaking of christmas presents,,,,i jus tspent some time wrapping some hahaha

im home sick still and got so bored of laying down so i decided to wrap presents--then i just realized, its the beginning of october and they are wrapped alreayd...what is wrong with me hahah

I love Terra's haircut. I almost didn't recognize her as she has grown up so much since the picture in your signature.


All the tie dye shirts are done!!! Using only one color was much easier than doing multiple colors and they ended up multicolored anyway with different shades of blue. I think that they all came out really well. I feel so ahead of the game on my Christmas shopping. I may start wrapping soon

I have also packed up more of the kids summer clothes. Now I need to head downstairs and drag out the winter stuff. I also need to be at work at 4 PM. Thankfully my back is only a little sore so it shouldn't be hard to work tonight. Oh yeah, I also pulled out our toiletries and packed our quart sized ziplock bags

She keeps going a little shorter every time she gets her haircut (this was the 3rd time since the big cut at WDW in Dec.) I can't believe how much older it makes her look each time. I'm going to have to pick a picture from this DL trip and make a new signature picture. I guess I had better go find those measurement requirements again.

Hi, all! I have a very few minutes to pop on here and let you know that I haven't moved to some remote part of the arctic without internet access or fallen into a deep, dark pit.

My boys do the same thing! When they clean their room, they scoop up all the clothes & put them in the hamper. Most are still folded from when I washed them

Could someone please explain to my children that it is possible to hang clothes up? I know it's easier to throw them on the floor or in the hamper, but I'm getting so tired of washing clothes that I know darn well aren't dirty!!!

I would love to get the laundry done, and not have to do another load the very next day! Grrrr!!!

It is looking pretty good weather-wise for our trip in TEN DAYS...

I did! Thanks. Per Terra's request we went to Cracker Barrel and I would never argue with that choice. I didn't eat as healthy as I wanted as Terra really wanted fried catfish and they can only do a kid's catfish on Friday's when they do the fish fry. So I split that with her, but man was it tasty! Luckily, now I'm plenty full and don't need much for dinner so that will make up for it some.

I hear what you are saying, Glynis. The real enjoyment I have at Christmas is choosing presents for everyone else and watching them open them! I always feel let-down when they are done opening theirs, even if mine lay, unopened, at my feet!

So I'm not the only one! I love the whole shopping, wrapping, giving part of the holiday. It's part of why I start shopping early! To make it last longer.

We went to Chili's for dinner tonight. I have to work tomorrow. The kids are off for Collumbus day so Dana will be here with them. I guess it will busy since everyone has off...thats good, time goes by faster when I am busy.

I am getting so excited about the trip. The kids schedule & schoolwork has been quite a handful. RL has been crazy so I am ready to step out of the real world & into Disneyworld. I so NEED a Dole Whip Float right now!!!!!

Hey guys--i need some prayers--im freaking out!

My grandmother just callled and my grandpa (the one that is sick) is having chest pains and getting rushed to the hospital. They dont know if this is a heart attack, related to the chemo or what...He fell a couple times this week.

My mom and dad are headed to the hospital and i cant go because i was sick all weekend...so im freaked out and just sitting here home alone waiting for info--it will be at least an hour til they even get t here

DS doesn't have Columbus Day off. I think Momboss is off but she is out of town, and Princess is here with Dadboss. But Princess has school, too.

We went to Olive Garden for dinner because tomorrow is DH's birthday. I had the Venetian Apricot chicken. I should have asked if it came with pasta - it did not. And the sauce was WAY too sweet. It wasn't bad, but it didn't really hit the spot. Not a dish I would order again.
