Glad you have a room you feel comfortable in.

Actually I'm in Lansing. I'm staying at a Residence Inn this time. Wow. These are nice rooms. I get it at the state rate (which is all the state will reimburse). It has a kitchen, sofa, chair, small kitchen table w/ two chairs, desk, bed. Some of the "rooms" are actually two rooms - they actually have a separate bedroom from the rest. The one I got this time is all one room but that's fine with me. Much nicer staying some place that feels like an apartment rather than a hotel room. I think I'll be staying here on future trips as well.

I was thinking the same thing when I seen the pictures.

Jennifer - the pics are great! I'm glad to see a photographer near the flagpole. (Secretly I'm hoping that one will be there for the Goofy statue picture! I'd hate to ask a stranger to take 16 cameras and attempt to take pics for us!) I LOVE the Stich photos with you and your sister!!!

ETA: I LOVE the closeup of you guys in your costumes too! #49 I think!

Thanks for the opinion on the dresses! We are going to go with the all brown one - and the Davids we went to allows layaway, so I'm hoping that they can do that - and then if the price drops - that'll be even better!

Elizabeth you're to funny :rotfl:

Vicki - You are going to Disney NEXT MONTH! You must have pins to trade! Go get in the car, eat your cookies on the way to the mall, then relax when you get back. You can relax really well while you gaze at your pins!:rotfl2:

Jennifer - Going to look at the pins, I mean PICS, now!:thumbsup2

Glad you had such a nice, relaxing weekend. Sounds like another busy day for you, I vote for pizza!

We had a really fun time! Alan met us at my parent's house, and the kids wanted nothing to do with me after that. I had a restful couple of days. I got to see 3 wonderful plays, and visited with my parents. It was a rainy weekend, though. It started raining at about 8:00 Saturday morning, and didn't stop until Sunday morning around 3:00. I had to run to Walmart for some warmer clothes for all the kids. I really hadn't watched the weather, so I wasn't prepared. Made it back home late yesterday, and the kids and I picked everything ripe in our garden.

I've spent today juicing all the plums off our tree, and now I'm on batch number three of plum jelly. Next up, tomatoes. Not sure what I'm going to do with them. If there's enough, I'll do some tomato sauce or juice. I'll chope up the green peppers and freeze them for later use. Can I just tell you I'm exhausted???? I've still got about 5 batches worth of juice to make into jelly. It's going to be a long night!!! I guess I should decide if I'm going to make dinner, or just call for pizza. Hmmmmm......

You are too funny! I have many nights this week to go check out the pins at Disney. 23 days people, 23 days! :cool1:

One more thing to check off your list :thumbsup2

Here are my photopass pictures! I think I have a lot cuter pictures on my camera, but - seeing as I still have several days of photos to upload from May :rolleyes1 - this is at least something! :goodvibes

I love your photos. Your halloween costumes were very creative. They looked wonderful.

I'm glad that you had a good weekend. Sounds like lots of work ahead with all your fall cooking. I don't know how you do it. I can't find time to cook dinner let alone making preserves and other yummy goodies. I hope you ordered pizza and gave yourself a break. We had pizza for dinner tonight as we had to run a bunch of errands.

hey glynis have yall decided if yall are coming to houston?

It looks like we will be, but I just don't know when. The bride has yet to pick a date. At first it was going to be December 27, then she decided that May or June would be better, and now she is thinking next October. Can we say indecisive??? I'll let you know as soon as I know anything.

Nick turned in the missing assignment today so hopefully that saga has ended.

I'm pretty sure that I now have whatever Hunter had. A little cough and fever, body aches and a major head ache. Why is it that I turned 38 and have been sick ever since :confused3

Has anyone received a DING lately? I haven't had one since last week so I'm wondering if my DING is broken?

No pizza, but I did throw together macaroni and cheese. We'll see how many more batches of jelly I do before I give up entirely, and just dump all the juice. Who knew that those little plums would give so much juice!

I firmly believe that our warranties expire at 40. So by 38, things are starting to break down. It surely feels that way, doesn't it?

I hope you feel better.

Jennifer, GREAT pictures! I am going to have to be sure to really utilize the photopass people this time! Love your costumes! Your Mom and Sister look like real crack-ups!:lmao:

How was the party? We can't wait!

Looking forward to hearing more about your trip!

No I haven't and was thinking the same thing. It seems like there just isn't any air deals out there to be had.

Take care of yourself, Deb, so you can get over whatever it is pretty quickly.

Thanks, Glynis! That just brightened my day! :scared1: ;)
