my grandmother has a uti and is dehydrated so they are keeping her. since she is 90 they like to keep them till it is cleared up. also she told the doctor that she was bleeding when she goes to the bathroom so they are going to do a colonoscopy. sorry if thats to much information. just giving ya'll an update.

I have a statement from Delta that says my miles don't expire til 12/31/08. How can they change the terms? Especially when most of the miles were earned with a credit card that I had to pay an annual fee for. I think I'll have to call them!

Hi

It seems that tourist season is upon the Northeast. We were fairly busy early tonight and I heard a lot of co workers grumbling about poor tips which is typical for tourists. My night wasn't horrible so I'll count myself lucky.

Chris agrees with you all that the 6" ears look fine so I guess I can affix them to the head tomorrow. I will still need to do all the wiring, but I haven't bought a post yet. I'm leaning toward buying the post that goes with the lamp rather than making one out of PVC. I figure that between our deck and camper we will get plenty of use out of them which will make it worth the extra money for the real post. I'm also trying to figure out how to make a bow that lights up for my mini head. Maybe red rope lights, but that is still up in the air too. Anyone have a bright idea?

there are some great all red lights....either LEDs or just plain christmas ones. I've also done bows with lights in them before.

Deb, for the red bow how about bending a hanger into a bow shape and wraping some nice red lights around it ? also sorry tourist season's starting so early .. sometimes it really stinks working in the resturant biz... some people want it all but are not willing to give thanks for great service .. that used to drive me nuts. I hope things straighten out quick for you and your co-workers.

Bernadette, i really hope you get a good night sleep tonight .. I hate sleepless nights all due to "dreams" i've had a few doosies lately myself ..pixidust: for some sweet well resting dreams or none at all. As far as your sky miles I would certainly put a call in to them to see what's going on with them. even though they may give you the " well it also states terms of service ( or whatever) may change with out notification) it's at least worth a call to see if they'll re-instate your '08 expiration date. GOOD LUCK

Elin thank you for the WB and the well wishes on the truck .. I sure hope it's an easy fix, otherwise he'll be taking my truck until it is fixed and that means more days stuck in the house with the terrible twosome lol ..

For all of you hitting Disney in less then a month can i just tell you how JEALOUS I AM !!! .. I wish we were at least going this year.. but i guess the time away will make our next trip that much better .. ( at least that's what i'm going to tell myself 'til then). and on that note ..
