I have company this morning so I'll try and catch up this evening. We are taking DGS to see Pirates this morning.

Yes, that's the one. If all goes well with his flights, he will be here tonight and I'll be holding my nephew. He is almost 13 months now and this will be the first time that I've seen him. Growing up, I would have never believed that I'd go a year without seeing one of my nieces or nephews. We spent so much time with all of our cousins.

Yes, that's the one. If all goes well with his flights, he will be here tonight and I'll be holding my nephew. He is almost 13 months now and this will be the first time that I've seen him. Growing up, I would have never believed that I'd go a year without seeing one of my nieces or nephews. We spent so much time with all of our cousins.

Well, I got my DD involved with my Donkey glass hunting. We were still searching until 10:30 last night.... Now the search will continue out of town.

I looked for Donkey for you yesterday and was told that he wasn't out yet in our store. They said he would be there next week. If you don't find one, I can grab you one then. I drive by all of the time.

Those tikis are way scary. I like the necklace, but I would personally prefer the frame. I have a necklace that DS gave me for my first Mother's Day and I almost never take it off, so I don't wear the other necklaces I have. Momboss brought me a beautiful necklace from Israel but I just never think to put it on.

I have a hair appt. at 1 PM but I have no idea what sort of style I want. I was supposed to have it cut last Monday but we had to reschedule.
I have ANOTHER stye. It looks hideous and it hurts like the dickens! I guess I should be thankful I don't have interviews this weekend!
For those of you with boys, Red 21 Boys website is having a sale. They have nice T-shirts and things, lots of pirate themed stuff, swim trunks, etc. I ordered a T-shirt for DS and it came to $20 with shipping included.

Mine is "You can Fly" from Peter Pan.

If I could have one for the home phone, I sure would, just do not know what it would be.

Good morning everyone!

I have about an hour that I get to work on my photo slide show then I have to get ready to go get Alyssa. The kids are with their dad, but he is letting me take her to the Spring Show that her dance studio puts on. She will love it, with all the tappers, jazzers, musical theather, etc. Bob is bringing his DD too. Then we will probably grab dinner out before I take Alyssa back.

I'm glad the pools are open now. The weather is getting hot and humid around here. I think Monday we will hit the pool and then come home and grill out.

Tammi - Have fun with Bob & the girls!
Brother & Sister have been swimming on the weekends, but all the rain makes the water cold and throws the chemicals out of balance. I am never really sure their pool guys know what they are doing, so I question the water quality. DS likes to go to the pool here at our complex because we KNOW the guys maintain it meticulously, but we haven't been to the pool yet this year.

Afternoon DDA!!! I think Bob and I are going to go see Pirates at 3 or 3:30p today - I'm excited to see this, even though there seems to be quite a few bad reviews out there on it. But it is a 3rd movie - so long as it's better than Spiderman 3 - I'll be happy. And it will be!

I love that it is coming up, but I don't like that I am technically wishing the summer away. I think we all need this trip. School has been crazy, Dana's job is crazy & I am crazy..(I mean my days are! )
