Here is some :wizard: in hopes that you & Terra will be able to go!

I did, but I don't know if we're going. I am trying to go to MNSSHP, but who knows if it will actually happen. We have a reservation for free dining (because I'm not going to miss that opportunity). Currently, we may only do MNSSHP and one other park day, but we'll see. I guess I have until mid-Aug to make it work. Going to Disney World is all Terra has been talking about for weeks now and about a quarter of the time it is about Halloween at Disney World since we checked out a Disneyland Halloween Sing-a-Long at the library a couple of months ago.

Maybe not, Garrett & Riley still like to interact with the characters :thumbsup2

ULead VideoStudio.

I think with my kids' ages, their interest in characters will diminish soon, so this all might be a mute point anyway, which is sad because Alyssa just got unafraid of them! :lmao:

Please take a picture if you go!

I've been thinking about doing this with the kids on Monday! Alan has to work, so that would be a fun outing for us. Our zoo has a rare white alligator on display for a limited time, and I'd love to take the kids to see it! We'll see how things go!

What a great letter! This made me :rotfl:

Abi's class learned how to write persuasively this past semester, here is what she just handed me:

p.s. I will do all the chores for it, just get a pooper scooper.

I've heard about the free kits that can be downloaded. But I want to know....can the elements be used more than once, or are they gone after you use them?

That's the good part! You can use them over and over again. Once you buy a kit or download a freebie, the elements are yours forever. They are just saved as files on your harddrive. That's actually one of the biggest attractions for me. I SOO want to do scrapbooking, but can't afford all of the stuff it takes to really get things done. With the digital, I can download freebies or buy kits that I can mix and reuse over and over.

It's a gym lock it's $10 if they supply the lock, free if we do....I am going to see if I can find Cassidy's over the summer....so much easier and cheaper...they have to be a certain brand and type.

AHHH, I remember that now. We did have to have a certain brand so that the school's Master Key would work if needed for people to send home homework when you were sick or whatever.

Have you got a dog? Button has taken quite a shine to Kristin's and my undies lately!

I'll have to see on that. I have seen her with Rachel's, but never farther than the door of Rachel's room. Maybe she has a hiding spot somewhere that I haven't figured out.

Well, I'm a lazy cook, so I use boneless, skinless thighs. You could use the bone-in, but then you'd have to spend more time picking out the bones. I just like to set them and forget them!

That's just what I like to hear! I had the added step of pulling things off of the bone, plus you have to wait longer for it to cool then as well.

Abi's class learned how to write persuasively this past semester, here is what she just handed me:

Dear Mom-

I know you know that I want a pet, preferably a dog, a puppy is more like it really. From wanting this so badly, I thought I would write another persuasive letter. Just think of it as a second draft of the other letter I wrote.

I know in my last letter I said I wanted a Beagle but I am so desperate now, that I am going to ask only for a dog, to be broad and to make your mind more open.

I'm going to ask you for a smaller dog, like a dachsond or a beagle, or something like that. I haven't met Bailey yet, but if I do, I think that the dog we get will become good friends with Baily. Also, you just said this afternoon, that our cat will be an inside cat, which I don't want, I want whatever pet we get to have plenty of friends.

Besides that, I will treat it as you treat Cassidy and me. In other words, it will be like my own child. I will love him/her dearly, and will take care of him/her as well as love it. the rest I've already covered.

p.s. I will do all the chores for it, just get a pooper scooper.

The poor kid is desperate!! I hope that we are able to get a pet after the allergy testing next week.

Oh, how sweet is that!! Poor kid. I hope that the allergy test is clear for a pet.
