Morning DDA!

I just noticed there is no dining for Friday. Did we plan on Counter service for that day or is there a place where we'd like to eat at? (Off to go check TGM!)

I'd vote for CS this day since CG will be 2 credits. I checked TGM yesterday and still no best days for Oct yet.

Good Morning DDA,

It took over an hour on hold but I was able to get Pop with free dining, I also went ahead and booked our flight. So now all I have to do is figure out our ADRs and get them booked. I figure I'll do all character dinners for our TS credits. I've never been to O'hana but DGS loves Stitch so that one is a must.

Hope everyone has a good day, I think I'll try and get a little sleep before I head out to run todays errands.

My goal for today is to catch up on laundry and get us packed for the bowling tournament. I am working tonight and tomorrow night so I'd better get as much done as I can today.

It took over an hour on hold but I was able to get Pop with free dining, I also went ahead and booked our flight. So now all I have to do is figure out our ADRs and get them booked. I figure I'll do all character dinners for our TS credits. I've never been to O'hana but DGS loves Stitch so that one is a must.

I heard the "b" word mentioned this morning on the weather. YUP!! a blizzard warning for tomorrow night. In the same area that Jim has made reservations and paid for us to be tomorrow night for our anniversary.

Last April was so warm.....this April is so snowy.

The local weatherman said this morning to just forget about spring. He said he has given up on it making an appearance.

He was saying that right now we should be getting leaves on the trees, it should be in the 60's everyday, and we should be able to walk in the park wearing shorts and t-shirts. Not waiting for a major snowstorm.

Thanks! My throat is still really sore, but my neck and back are not as stiff. I bet I am getting a sinus infection. This is how they usually start.

Lindsay -- I'm so jealous of your ticker! For a vacation other than Disney, that is my favorite state to travel to. We are probably going to take the boys next summer, but I don't think we'll make it to Kaui on that trip.

Thanks for the congrats on Andrew and Jake's games. It's great when they win, but my prayers mainly consist of them playing well. If we don't get rained out tomorrow night, Andrew will have a tough game. It's a really good team -- their pitcher throws 60 miles per hour, and it really intimates the kids. Heck, it intimates me!

Here's some to everyone who needs it. Theresa -- I'm sending extra your way for your loan.

Yes, we're getting excited - I almost can't believe it's that time. Planning a trip there is SO much less work than what goes into a Disney vacation. We have 2 dinner reservations at our favorite restaurant, and we'll probably do a kayaking tour (which should be interesting since I am so not the outdoor/nature type ). Jonathan will scuba dive a couple of times, but hasn't decided when exactly yet. Otherwise, we are just going to sit, gaze out at the beautiful Pacific Ocean, and RELAX!!!

for tonight's game. It scares me that a young child can pitch that fast!

Looks like the agenda for today is a repeat of yesterday's, but only because I didn't do it then. Actually, Terra asked to go play at the mall and since we've been housebound again due to cold and rain, I agreed. So, we went to lunch together then played in the mall play area and visited the Disney Store before picking up Phil. Once he is home, there is no touching the room. So, I guess it's on for today. Oh yeah, and taxes. Guess I really need to get those done.

for getting it all done, Tia. I still have to finish our taxes, too. They've actually been "almost" done for 2 weeks now, but what's slowing me down is the computation of all of our sales tax we paid in 2006 (since we don't have state income tax in Texas, we get to deduct our hefty sales tax paid). Needless to say, it would be an easy chore if we did it ongoing throughout the year, but it takes some time when you're going through a year's worth of receipts!

I was just going to ask you about this Glynis! I wanted to make it with just one roast. We end up wasting the second roast. $$$$$ My family doesn't do leftovers very well.

It is without a doubt the best roast I've ever eaten...

My family doesn't do leftovers either. We've found that one is just perfect for us, and there's usually no gravy left over, either. The kids love it over potatoes!

I know I said I was going to bed but......

I didn't fall asleep before Jim got into bed so he got chatty...I knew if I didn't let him fall asleep I never would get to sleep...so I came back on for a couple of minutes!!

He is worried because this is all moving so fast....I told him I figured this was God's plan and his timing because we never, ever would have moved this fast...everything has just fallen into place in what seems to be divine intervention...he said good.

I think you are right! There does seem to be a divine plan to all of this. Most importantly, it's going to be so good for Abi! The things you all are going through are very hard on her!

Thanks, Heidi. He seems to be ok. He threw up once, and then slept like the dead until 7:30 this morning. I think I need to talk to our doctor about these migraines. He seems to be getting them more and more lately. I just hate to see him in pain!

Of all my kids, he's the one I worry about most. When he was tiny, he almost died from a bout of rotovirus, and since then, I've just had this feeling that he wouldn't be around to grow up. Morbid, huh? So, I worry about him all the time!

I haven't got my airline tickets yet (SW hasn't released the dates) but if their schedule stays the same, I will take the 4:30 flight, which means I will prob. need to be at the resort at 1:30 to catch ME.

Well, I'm off for a while! I forgot to set my alarm clock this morning, so I didn't get my shower in before I had to get the kids up. So, I'll have to squeeze a shower in at some point this morning!

I just want to let you all know that I won't be on at all tomorrow. Alan and I are going out of town to judge a State Drama meet. We'll be staying over (woohoo! No kids!!), so it should be nice and relaxing! I'll be back sometime Saturday afternoon.
