I was sitting here doing homework and got an IM from STEVE!!!! (the guy in Iraq)
I was so excited since I havent talked to him since he got deployed in January!
I only got to talk to him for 5 minutes and it kicked him offline, but it was SO nice to talk to him!

He started to give me his address and then he left! I have a huge pile of things t osend him--this just made my day!!

He came back online--we talked for awhile--it was so nice! He told me the weather is g etting hot but hes doing okay! I miss him like crazy so im so happy tonight!

Kristine - Sorry about your design. That would make me really angry! I guess it is good that I have no design talent. I suppose you can look at it from the angle of how many people really enjoy and appreciate your designs and don't exploit them for personal profit. You can also hope that somebody (I don't know who. Maybe eBay, maybe Disney.) would come after the seller for copyright infringement. It is probably not a good idea to SELL items with pirated images on them, but it is bound to happen. You can always hope it will swing around to bite her.

I have spent HOURS today looking for that shirt for DS. I managed to find it in other colors for $7 less than the color we have, but NOPE, he wants the "pacific blue". Which means I am limited to ONLY that one website.

What do you guys think? Walk me through a "worst case" on ordering from a website I have never heard of. I can charge it to a credit card or pay with PayPal. I don't know which way would give more protection since it won't be over $50.

I would pay with paypal. The seller then would not receive your card #. If you pay with your actual cc, then they have your cc number. That is one of the reasons, I like using paypal.

That's what I was thinking about PayPal, too. But I can't seem to work out whether or not they offer buyer protection on transactions that do not run through eBay. This vendor is not an eBay store, just an online retailer who accepts PayPal.

Isn't there a link to click on eBay to "report this auction"? Can somebody go click the link and report her?

Elizabeth I have never(knock on wood)had trouble ordering anything on the web with my cc. But I agree with Vicki, use Paypal & then they won't have your cc#.

Heidi glad to hear you did not use egg dye for your hair So did you go to a different color?

I can't believe someone is selling t-shirts on Ebay with designs made here. This person needs to be turned in. Kristine I hope you keep designing, you are doing a wonderful job!

Hello everyone!

Happy Easter and Happy Passover!

It is flipping freezing!! We have spent the day inside except for going to see Meet the Robinson's and then out to dinner. I wasn't thrilled with it. Maybe if I wasn't so tired I would have enjoyed it more. We colored eggs and had our egg hunt, inside. Not as fun as it usually is, but the kids were happy. Tomorrow we are having family over for dinner.

I bought a spiral ham for tomorrow, has anyone ever cooked one in a electric roaster? I use it for turkey's & they turn out yummy.

I have never cooked a spiral ham before(don't tell anyone lol).

Well, I reported the auction for counterfeit/copyrighted merchandise. We'll see what happens. I suppose we could ALL go report her. Did you notice that the items ship from overseas? I found that interesting. I suppose I could also click to see her other listings and report ALL of them that have Disney merchandise. We'll see how much time I have on my hands.

We had snow flurries here earlier, even though the temps have been above freezing. DS said he enjoyed Meet the Robinsons, but it was a little confusing because they kept switching from present to future and back again. I still really want to see it!

DS wasn't feeling well when we picked him up, but he seems to feel a little better now. Good thing he is off of school until Tuesday!

I think I will just take the plunge and order the shirt for DS. Hopefully it will go OK. If not it will be an expensive lesson.

Well i just spent the whole saturday doing work for school but now IM DONE!! i can enjoy spring break without worrying about doing work--i cant believe i got it all done today!
