Karen,

Elizabeth, I agree with Janet, you need a break from your job.

Delinda, :wizard: for the audience challenge.

Deb, um no I don't not wish to see the west. My dad was a truck
driver for years, and when I was 14 I went with him to California (from PA).
Most boring thing I have ever done.

DITTO!

Please no snow, please no snow, please no snow, please no snow, please no snow, please no snow, please no snow, please no snow, please no snow, please no snow.
PLEASE NO SNOW!!!

Heidi do you have a new bear in your picture?

I am DONE!!! Now 5 days of being OFF! But like an idiot I said I would meet with a lady tomorrow morning so she can interview me to be an occasional babysitter. Hopefully it will go quick!

My afternoon wasn't TOO bad - just a few glitches. Brother wet his pants while he was sleeping, but he was in sweats and they absorbed everything so the bed wasn't wet. I woke him up, had him use the potty, changed his clothes, and started yet ANOTHER load of laundry. Sister was quite snarky this afternoon. I told her if that was how she wanted to behave that she could stay home with me while Brother went to Disney. That got her straightened out! Dadboss called to confirm that he would meet me at Taekwondo. We got there and the instructor helped her tie the belt, then they gave her the patch. Dadboss took the kids home, so I didn't have to drive all the way back to work and then turn around and come home. Not too shabby!

Karen - I don't have any advice, but I hope things work out!

Tia - How fun to go to DL for your birthday! We were at WDW for my birthday last year!

Congrats to everyone losing weight!! I have been slacking in that area.

DS said he feels like he did well on the test today. I hope so!! He will take the Science portion in 2 weeks, and HOPEFULLY he will be finished!!

Hmm. Sounds like we are about to get a thunderstorm! It was in the 80's here today and MUGGY.

I hope you can enjoy your time off!

Our colder weather is already settling in :( Garrett had practice tonight, but after 1/2 hour the coach called it off. The wind is blowing really strong!

Ok, Monster post ahead!!!!

Great pictures Anne Marie!
Thank you.

Very sweet!
Thanks!

Very handsome! :thumbsup2
Thank you.

Anne Marie - Congrats on your weight loss! And Daniel is such a cutie! I am looking forward to meeting all of you in August!

This morning was interesting. It didn't start off bad, though. Momboss wanted Brother to have a haircut, and one of Sister's friends called her to come over and play. Got them dressed, dropped off Sister, got Brother in for a haircut, picked up Sister, came back home. Housekeepers were still here. I started TRYING to pull stuff out to pack, but by then Brother was VERY cranky. I put him in his bed. He got out. I put him back, he got out again. He wanted a video. Fine. But not that video, and not in the living room. So round and round we went. In the meantime Sister fell asleep in her bed. I finally got Brother settled, finished packing Sister's things, packed Brother's things, put another load of laundry in, folded the sheets that the housekeepers left in the dryer, and here I am. Both kids are out cold, and they can stay that way for awhile.

The Taekwondo thing is going to drive me to drink. Momboss said now Dadboss isn't taking Sister. I have to take her, and he will meet me there. Hmm. So then what? Do I have to bring the kids home before I can go home myself? Because Taekwondo is like 2 blocks from my house, and the class ends 10 minutes before I get off! It would be SO much better if he brings the kids home. But we shall see. I got to leave 30 minutes early yesterday, so I bet that will somehow swing around to bite me even though it isn't supposed to work like that.

DS has the math portion of the TAKS (state test) today. I hope he does well. Math is not his thing. DH is on vacation starting today. If we had known I was going to be off we probably would have planned a trip! Well, actually we had talked about going to visit my mother, but that didn't happen. Then we thought we were going to have friends in town, but now they are getting here late Thursday and going home Saturday. Maybe DH and I can get some stuff to the storage unit and get the new computer situated.
Thanks!!!

And goodluck with that family.

Congrats on the weight loss. That is a huge amount for one week.
Thanks! It's my first official week on WW's so it has to be alot of water weight, but hey, I'll take it!:rolleyes1

Anne Marie, you have a very handsome son!
Thanks Beth!

He is a very handsome young man. Boy, don't they grow up quickly.

Speaking of growing up. Today is my mother's birthday and it is a big one too. She isn't taking it too well though she doesn't look nearly as old as she is. So I have been telling everyone all day that she is turning 45. Of course that means that she was 8 when she had me, but it's not so hard on her ears :rotfl: :rotfl:

Thanks Deb!
Happy Birthday to your mom!:)

I went to my WW meeting and I had lost 3 POUNDS this week!!!!

Tia - it sounds like a wonderful birthday celebration!

Elizabeth - enjoy your "vacation"

Deb - happy birthday to your mom!

how do you do garlic butter green beans and is the pineapple casserole recipe on your web site. I posted a Pineapple dressing recipe is your casserole similiar?

I'm almost caught up! Once I'm caught up, I'll post the green bean recipe. The pineapple casserole is a new recipe, but I think it's fairly similar to the one you posted. It sounds yummy to me!

Is there anyway you could you collect your washing machine water when it is in the rinse cycle?? :confused3 I know when I was growing up and we were in a drought my parents would collect the wash rinse water into a big trash can and use it to water flowers. For their washing machine set up, it was quite easy as the machine water dumped into a sink anyways, so it was just moving that pipe. They would scoop it out with a bucket and fill the watering can.

The water doesn't have much soap in it and the plants survived. Since you already need the water to wash the clothes I don't know they could fine you.

Or what about saving the water in the bathtub if you have one when you get a shower and scooping it out with a bucket and using it to water the flowers. I know they are not the easiest things to do, but they are just a thought.

Thank you, thank you.
Yes I will do that.
I little bit of soap will even help the plants.
Kills some bad bugs, that are eating some leaves.

I think im going to get ready to head to bed..i went to the doctor today--
I have a bad sinus infection and some other things going on--they said it might be wise to stay home tomorrow, but i cant--and since im not contagious or anything, im going in--so hopefully the day goes quickly..

Jo one of the things I do is rinse my dishes in a square bucket and use that water for my trees.

night Jen I hope you feel better.

I'll have to play with it, as I need to pick up at the Sanford airport and drop off in Port Canaveral, so I am not paying to rent and keep car at the port while I am cruising. If I recall correctly there were only 2 agencies which offered this the last time I cruised.

Becky did you know I live straight up the road from the Sanford airport.
Less the 2 miles.
I see the Disney Cruise Line Buses all the time.
