What is Ridemax? Looks like a Dineyland trip is in store for me in July! :yay: :yay: :yay: It has been 5-6 years since the last time I was there.

Disneyland was my first Disney park experience, all the way back in July 1967. So, this is a kind of 40th anniversary for me, I guess. :goodvibes

I'll be happy to send you all my stuff, if you want it!

Well, Bob just told me if we can find some decent airfare he wants to go with me for the first part of my trip in July. So, I guess I am going to be cheating on y'all and reading the California and Disneyland Boards here on the DIS. I will also be coming here to ask you questions.

Question #2 (since I already asked what Ridemax is...): Is anyone planning to be in the Disneyland area anywhere around July 20-30?

Our family is going in June, but if I can sweet talk Alan into upgrading my park hopper to an AP, then I'll move heaven and earth to get there! Katie's turning 10 on July 9, so maybe I can do a mother/daughter trip. Hmmm, now, there's a thought!

:woohoo: That sounds like fun! I hope you have a great trip.

I want to go to Disneyland next summer, so I may start reading a little over there, too. How long is good stay a Disneyland?

We always stay 5-6 days and that is plenty. You can do everything you want to do multiple times!

Jen are you entering the audience challenge?

I went to my WW meeting and I had lost 3 POUNDS this week!!!!

Elizabeth it sounds like you need a break!

This morning was interesting. It didn't start off bad, though. Momboss wanted Brother to have a haircut, and one of Sister's friends called her to come over and play. Got them dressed, dropped off Sister, got Brother in for a haircut, picked up Sister, came back home. Housekeepers were still here. I started TRYING to pull stuff out to pack, but by then Brother was VERY cranky. I put him in his bed. He got out. I put him back, he got out again. He wanted a video. Fine. But not that video, and not in the living room. So round and round we went. In the meantime Sister fell asleep in her bed. I finally got Brother settled, finished packing Sister's things, packed Brother's things, put another load of laundry in, folded the sheets that the housekeepers left in the dryer, and here I am. Both kids are out cold, and they can stay that way for awhile.

The Taekwondo thing is going to drive me to drink. Momboss said now Dadboss isn't taking Sister. I have to take her, and he will meet me there. Hmm. So then what? Do I have to bring the kids home before I can go home myself? Because Taekwondo is like 2 blocks from my house, and the class ends 10 minutes before I get off! It would be SO much better if he brings the kids home. But we shall see. I got to leave 30 minutes early yesterday, so I bet that will somehow swing around to bite me even though it isn't supposed to work like that.

DS has the math portion of the TAKS (state test) today. I hope he does well. Math is not his thing. DH is on vacation starting today. If we had known I was going to be off we probably would have planned a trip! Well, actually we had talked about going to visit my mother, but that didn't happen. Then we thought we were going to have friends in town, but now they are getting here late Thursday and going home Saturday. Maybe DH and I can get some stuff to the storage unit and get the new computer situated.

Happy Birthday to your Mother Deb!

Speaking of growing up. Today is my mother's birthday and it is a big one too. She isn't taking it too well though she doesn't look nearly as old as she is. So I have been telling everyone all day that she is turning 45. Of course that means that she was 8 when she had me, but it's not so hard on her ears :rotfl: :rotfl:

Karen - I wish that I had some advice for you. Unfortunately, I don't. I do however have lots of    for you!
