So I may be going to Rehoboth Beach sooner than I realized. I will probably going there next week to work in the store. It may be as early as Monday. As of right now the store still has a manager but she is on family leave to take care of her Mom, but may not be coming back. Two other employees may be gone by the end of the weekend, leaving 1 employee. Hence me going to Delaware.

I'm looking at it positively, it will get me away from my manager plus it will help me decide if the manager isn't coming back if I want to move into the area and manage the store. Even if it doesn't happen it will be a learning experience and keep me away from my manager.

Becky - what a beautiful time to be in Rehobeth. Just wait until it warms up a little, you will love it. Good luck to you!

To whomever it was that suggested giving Alyssa Craisins....she loves them! I got them today and she would have eaten the whole bag if I had let her. Tomorrow she wants oatmeal for breakfast so she can put them in it. I also got her drinking Cranberry juice now too. I'm diluting it a bit with water so it isn't quite so tart.

I know it is supposed to be in the 50's and 60's, next week.

Guilty as charged.:thumbsup2 Glad she likes them.

BUT apparently the problem lies in applying it to a RENEWAL. I knew you could apply a MYW ticket to an AP because we did it last year. I am still not clear on how they figure your credit if you have used some of the days from the MYW ticket.

Vicki - Did they credit you for the full amount of your original MYW ticket? Because I wasn't sure if we were going to renew all 3 APs, that's why I did 8 day MYW Hoppers. I figured if we renewed, fine, if not we'd still be covered for the whole August trip.

The biggest issue is with time. The way it is set up now we won't lose any time running around changing tickets since we'll arrive with all of our tickets already done. We'll have our renewed APs in hand as well as our water park tickets, then we'll just bring the single day tickets home with us. Hopefully in 2008 we can try to apply those tickets to our renewals, because I am almost certain you can do it. If not we'll just have 3 single day passes to use at some point in the future.

Yes, they applied the full amount of the original tickets to my AP.

I'm finally getting a chance to catch up. My day really got away from me.

We were all set to leave for school when Colby started crying and insisting that he was not going to school today as he was "sick". He did have a bit of a runny nose and had just hung out on his bed watching tv this morning, but he never complained of being sick until that moment. He had been up during the night with leg pain, but that isn't abnormal with his foot issues. I thought that once he got to school he would be ok and stay. I was wrong. Logan stayed and Colby insisted that we go home and he would take a nap. So home we went. I almost fell asleep in the car and said he was sick "all over". I actually didn't mind as I wasn't feel great anyway. About an hour into our nap the school nurse called to say that Nick was not feeling well and it looked to her like he might have an ear infection. Colby was still sleeping soundly so I called my Dad to come stay with him so that I could go get Nick. I made an appointment with our pediatrician for 4:30 PM and called the school to have the other kids meet me at the nurses office as I would be there 15 minutes before school let out so I might as well pick all 3 up. My Mother came to pick up Nick and take him to the appointment as I needed to get to work. Dad stayed with the other 4 kids. Colby ended up sleeping for 3 hours and awoke very fussy. Motrin and Dimetap made him fell a bit better. Nick called me at work to tell me that his ear looked fine to our doctor, but they did a throat culture and will call me tomorrow with the results. So Nick will not be going to school tomorrow. Chris said that he took a nap this evening and turned in for the night at 8:30. There is no doubt that he is sick  So far Hunter is feeling ok. I have a sore throat, bit of an ear ache and upset stomach. tomorrow should be a fun day around here.

Sending :wizard: to you all. It sounds like you could use some.

Hello. How is the committee work going? Wish you were back at Disney yet?

Deb

Work is going well. We have lots to get done in a short amount of time. Luckily, I have a great team and good connections with others across the state that will help to make sure this is a success.

I was depressed on Saturday before we even left Disney. Luckily, I have the Oct. trip to look forward to. Chuck & I were discussing it tonight. We have to start looking at costume ideas.

I'm off to bed now too. I have a lot of work to get done before a phone conference tomorrow on the new project. See you all later.
