Does anyone do garage sales very often? What items are the best sellers? Between the stuff I need to get rid of, the stuff my sisters have left behind and my mom's basement we have TONS of stuff that needs to go. Enough that we don't have anywhere to put is anymore. My sister's girl scout troop will do a garage sale fundraiser in the spring so we want to save stuff for that. However if there are certain things that just don't sell at yard sales (or won't sell for enough to make them worth the space their taking up now) I would rather just take them to the Goodwill store and get some space cleared around here.

Thanks!!

kid's stuff...in good condition sell well.

Video tapes and cd's do not sell well

Computer stuff doesn't sell

bigger items will sell okay.

Its kinda quiet in here tonight--where is everyone?!

I posted from work...and then came home. Asked Jim "What do I do after 12 hours in front of the computer at work? Come home and check in with the DDA!!":confused3

Not staying on long...I don't think...couldn't fall asleep until 2 this morning...migraine came back and 12 hours in front of the computer trying to piece the report together DID ME IN!!

I have not eaten ate either of these places yet, but they are on my list to try. I am no help either, sorry.

Chris and I are trying to decide where to make reservations for our anniversary. We will have the boys with us and we love WCC, but we would also like to try Le Cellier and Concourse Steakhouse. We will probably do a character breakfast that morning too. I think we will have the DDP for 2 days later in the trip so we could try the other restaurants then. So WWYD?

I hope your migraine goes away!!!

Deb-

Sorry to hear about your cousin. That's the hardest part of my job is the funerals...made worse when parents are burying their children. :grouphug:

Work was ok. It wasn't too busy, but the night didn't drag too much either. It was wonderful to come home to a cocktail and foot rub though

Terry, Steffy and Elizabeth I hope that you are feeling better soon. It sounds like Terry and Steffy may have the same virus as they work together.

I found out this evening that one of my cousins died today. He was 47 years old and was diagnosed with cancer just a few months ago. He was very anti doctors so by the time he went it was too late to do anything about it. I have only ever met him a handful of times so we are not close, but It is still shocking for someone so young to lose their life. My poor aunt and uncle have now lost 2 sons. They were devastated after losing the first about 12 years ago in a snowmobiling accident and have always said that you never want to outlive your kids. I'm sure that they will not be able to handle this well at all. I plan to go with my parents to the funeral once we find out when it is.

Deb

:grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: for your aunt, uncle and family. That is just so sad.

Get some rest Theresa. Hope your migraine goes away :wizard:

I think it totally is stress from the stupid report...I hate having to rely on 30+ people to get their information to me. What torks me is I have been giving EVERYONE reminders since August that these things were due on December 15th!!

I would hate having to rely on that many people..especially if you have been reminding them for months!

I'd probably do something you guys haven't before!

I like Le Cellier (but I don't think it necessarily is worth the raves so many give it). I haven't done Concourse yet. What are y'all's favorite foods? Jonathan and I have really enjoyed California Grill, Citricos, Boma, and Yachtsman Steakhouse (Yachtsman was the best steak I've had on Disney property, hands down).

Are you trying to stay away from Signature Dining? I read somewhere the other day (maybe from one of you - I can't remember) to just have 1 person use the DDP for a signature restaurant, and have the other person buy an entree OOP - you can then share the dessert and appetizers, and you're still just out 2 credits. Maybe the boys could share a couple of entrees too? There was more food at Yachtsman than we could eat!

I also liked Narcoossee's a lot. Jonathan hasn't done it with me, but my mom and I did it for our birthdays a couple of years ago.

Sorry - don't know that I'm much help!

Deb - I'm sorry to hear about your cousin. I can't imagine how hard this must be on your aunt and uncle. Lots of :grouphug: and prayers for your family.

Hello, All!

I feel like crap again today. Strangest virus. I don't exactly have a headache, my head just feels sort of dizzy/lightheaded. And my stomach hurts. It is my actual stomach, too, higher than what you normally think of a "stomachache" as being. No fever, no vomiting, no stuffy nose, no cough, none of that. And I am exhausted. I slept the entire day yesterday. I got out of bed twice to get something to eat. I don't have much of an appetite, though, and food commercials on TV make me nauseous.

Terry, Heidi, Stephanie - Feel better soon!

This sounds like what is ailing me. No fever, no running nose, no barfing, just feel like crap...:headache: :headache: Get better soon!

Hey Steffy

BCV -
Thanks Kate! Great pictures. Julia is a natural model. If she were any cuter, she'd be twins...

I am so so sorry for your loss Deb. It goes against the order of nature to bury your child. I can't imagine how devestating this is for your aunt and uncle. I'm so sorry.:grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug:

Just wanted to pop on, say hi and...

If my beloved Horns can't win the National Championship, then Jonathan's childhood team will do. ;)

Dale is just as crazy for college football as we are! Here are he and Jonathan doing the Gator Chomp at Cape May Cafe in August!
