Marti, can you believe in all our trips to WDW, I've only eaten one Dole Whip? Of course I'll do this for you!

I hope you and Skunka feel better soon!

Amy :)

To be fair - after my first one, I really didn't understand why everybody raves about them. Well, I thought I should give it a second try. That's when I realized that I don't actually have just a Dole Whip, I actually have a Dole Float (pineapple soft serve in fresh squeezed pineapple juice). Once the pineapple soft serve gets even softer - an absolutely wonderful slush. It is by far my favorite thing now!

Have you ever had a time in your life where you feel invisible unless someone wants something from you or they wanna chew you out? :confused3

I have been feeling this way for a while now but this morning was the final straw that broke this camel's back. I don't normally cry but I just feel so put upon and ignored at the same time.

Any suggestions to combat this?

Sorry you are feeling like this -- it must be pretty bad if chocolate doesn't work!!! I wish I had some more suggestions, but unfortunately I don't. Sometimes the best thing for me is sleep. I seem to do better when I get enough sleep. Hope you're feeling better soon.

Kate - I love, Love, LOVE the maternity designs. It would almost be worth getting pregnant again to be able to wear these designs. And for me, that's saying something! :lmao:

That was my thought. I was going to write that I'd like to get pregnant just to wear them. My DH would scream and go running from the house! He told me he'd never "be pregnant" with me again. :lmao: Not to mention that at 44, I'm ready to be a grandma not a mother.

I'm so sorry that things are not going well for you? Go ahead and cry if you want to. Sometimes that will help. Just know that we are here for you if you want to talk or vent or scream! I can't do more than send you

Well, Alan would definitely be in agreement if I ever approached him. He wants another son so badly he can taste it! I, on the other hand, feel like we're done! I told him that every time I've been pregnant we've doubled the number of children we have, and there's no way I'm going from 4 to 8. He was not amused.
:rolleyes1

I have a "newlywed" question for you. My cousin and her soon to be husband are going to Disney for 4 days on their honeymoon on 2/26. I have asked Kate for a couple of designs but besides that and the bride/groom ears is there any special advice I can give them for extra pixie dust in the parks :wizard:

Lynn

Hi Lynn -

Tshirts should help - and we picked up the Magical memories pin too from guest services - but the ears are the trick... we wore ours the whole honeymoon and got soooo much attention from CMs and complete strangers.

We didn't really get any "freebies" type PD - but we got lots of Congratulations - and some free FPs to splash, and lots of interaction with characters - and they put us on the screen on Millionaire so often that DH started to hide his hat under his chair :rotfl:

Pass on my congratulations - they'll have a Fantasmic trip :cloud9:

We had been trying for 8 years but with the upset the last couple in our marriage and home we stopped trying....Jim would also be thrilled to add to our brood and some days I would too but most others I hold babies and get my baby fix that way. I told Jim I knew I was over the need to have another baby because I looked at a coworkers baby and thought that baby is not cute!!

Amy -

You inspired a whole new line of maternity designs! Once I started they just rolled out!!!

And yes - they are mostly blue - b/c I firmly believe you are having a boy!!!

You guys are scaring me. There is no T-shirt on earth that would make me want to be pregnant again. If however someone would like to do the pregnancy thing for me I'd love to have another baby.

Hey guys,

I could use some prayers and PD. I had some lumps appear on my neck (but under the skin) over the weekend, and went to my dr. today to have them checked out.

Long story short, they did a lot of bloodwork, and I'm scheduled for a sonogram of my neck early tomorrow afternoon. I feel fine, and I think that's mainly what has my dr. concerned, ironically enough. I think it would be much easier to explain this if I were feeling poorly, had other symptoms, etc. I've been a relatively healthy person all my life, and I guess I'm just not used to a dr. not being able to instantly diagnose something - and when he wanted all of this stuff done "immediately", I guess I got a little freaked out. It doesn't help that DH is out of town, and so I'm just sitting here with my thoughts.

Hopefully, this will end up being absolutely nothing, or something easily explainable/treatable, but I could use some good thoughts right now and tomorrow.

Thanks for listening! :goodvibes

Hope all goes well, keep us posted.

I have no advise, sorry. I have my fingers on the rim of a huge hole filled with quicksand, trying my hardest to keep from being sucked under.

The only thing I can say is what I tell myself each day. Hold on!!! Keep holding on! :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug:

Denise & Jen hope you are feeling better soon :wizard:

Tinkaroo sending lots of pixiedust: your way :grouphug:

Here in CO we call them pencil cups, pencil holders...that thingamajig over there :rotfl2:

Yes, Clare, we also call them pencil cups or pencil holders. Love the pencil pot name. I'll let you know what happens when I use that term at work tomorrow! :rotfl2:

Amy- I forgot to say "Enjoy your trip!!" Sounds like a ton of fun even on a budget(though I don't know anything but a budget :teeth: )

You have got to do print out some of Kate's designs and take pic's. I would wear the lamp one outside of Disney too!! Those belly touchers are rude  !!.
