I have asthma too. I used my inhaler ahead of time and I can only exercise inside. If I run in the heat or cold, I really wheeze. I bought the treadmill 2 years ago for this purpose, and I am just now using it! Only a little late...

It's raining so the swim date is out. We're watching Wizard of Oz and then going to the mall. I might take them to the pool after dinner tonight since they can sleep late tomorrow.

Yeah, I really only have problems in heat or cold. If I use scarf in the winter, I'm fine. The summer is the big problem...the hotter and more humid, the less I can do. The doctor just started my on Advair for just the summer to help so we'll see how that works. Previously, my regular inhalers hadn't done a whole lot to help so hopefully this time will do the trick.

Hi everyone! I heard you were anxious to see some pictures!

Matthew's first week certainly flew by...my mom was here until Wednesday and we've had lots of other visitors too, including one of my very best friends who is in town from Paris! My dad and stepmom are driving in tomorrow.

Alyssa loves her little brother and she requests to hold him several times a day. Kevin had the whole week off, so Monday will be my first day alone with the two kiddos.

I am feeling pretty good. There's a big difference between a labor/delivery that ends with a 4th degree tear and one that does not!

I miss you all and hopefully I will be able to return to my bantering ways as we continue to get settled in.

Kristine and Bill sent these beautiful flowers and soft teddy bear:

And Dawn, Brian, and Christopher sent Matthew some adorable outfits and a doll that Alyssa absolutely loves! The doll did come with clothes and lots of accessories, but Alyssa prefers to keep her "naked."

Ok, I'm in tears. That is just so sad. The article is great as is your website. You are doing everything you can, Paula. Even if it doesn't work out, you should be proud that you've done everything you can to help her out in this tragic situation.

I have Advair too and some other new one for in between. I only use the Advair when I get a cold. Otherwise the new one is working (can't think of the name).
My kids are on Singulair for Asthma and Zyrtec. They also use Flovent and Albuterol.
