I have become a tad more spur of the moment as well...Bill's motto is ....as long as I lay out his clothes he doesn't care where we go/what we do!! :lmao:

Ok, besides Disney, I'm becoming more like this as I get older. The problem is that Chuck isn't ready for my spur of the moment whims. I was always a planner when I was younger. Now, I'm thinking I just want to take a couple of days off next week and drive somewhere.

Ok, so you all laughed at the last couple of pictures, let's see what you think about my sanity when you see this one!!!!!!

All I can do is sit here and shake my head. Where are you Dr. Phil? What will they drive off on there honeymoon in?

Deb

The front of the monorail with the pilot, of course!

Matthew is here!!!!!! :jumping3:

He was born at 10:17pm (EST) and weighs exactly 7lb. They're not sure of his length yet, they're going to measure him when they bathe him.

She was still 3-4 cm when she got to the hospital, and didn't get a room until 5:30. Once they broke her water she only had an hour and 10 minute labor, and around 3 pushes. He wasn't reacting well so the Dr. used the vacuum to get him out. The cord was wrapped around his neck but he is fine.

Amy sounds absolutely wonderful for having a baby less than an hour ago!

She asked me to post since it was so late on the east coast.

Hopefully we'll see some pictures soon!

And he got his 7/7 birthday!

So, Vicki - who's running the remote controls on BOTH Jeeps at once? One remote vehicle is tricky enough, without trying to run TWO at a time!!

Sending :grouphug: and :wizard: to everyone that needs it.

Sending :wizard: that pirate: Matthew arrives soon that he can still be a pirate baby as he will be born on the day Pirates comes out and also so he can be 07/07/07 for his first b-day and have lucky 7's on his side.

I am an ET baby as I was born on the exact day that ET came out in theatres. :teeth:

If he isn't, we'll just have to remind Amy of Kate's info - he can have his 3rd birthday on 7/8/9.

However, it is nearly impossible to do w/out consent of the ex. Trust me...and I have FULL custody, and it's still tough. Gotta win the lottery, to pay him off! :teeth:

This is the 1st thing my boss asked me about when I put in for a transfer.
Isn't Hector going to make problems for you moving across country.
I brought in my divorce papers.
Showed him I have full custody.
He has only supervised visition.
We can also move more than 60 miles away without giving notice to him.
Than he would sign my transfer papers.
Even if he wanted to do anything he couldn't.
Court signed papers.
So if you don't have it in writing you may not have a choice than to stay put.
Good luck I know this isn't easy.
just do what you know is best for you & the kids.

Did you call Amy, Kate?

ETA: Nevermind.

Speaking of obsessions.......

with all of the drama that is going on in my life, a great idea popped into my head today, while I was thinking about what will be coming down the road. Plans were for me to retire in Spring of 08. Now I don't know if I will be able to afford to do this, and not have something to supplement my retirement.

Well, what if I sold our house and moved to FL and worked for the Mouse?!?!?! What better job could there be to add income? The market in FL can't be as expensive as it is here, right? Sounds crazy, right?

Now I know all of you are saying 'do it' 'do it', and I hope it is not just so you will have a free place to stay when you go to disney. :teeth:

Sounds like a good idea, if it is something you really want and the perks aren't bad, free Disney tickets, discounts, etc.

Housing pricing is kinda crazy down in Orlando right now. The positive would be that Nicholas and Alyssa could qualify for Bright Futures scholarships for an in state college in Florida, when the time comes. That is assuming Bright Futures still exist then. The entire Florida lottery system goes to supporting education. As long as you meet a certain GPA you get full tuition and another GPA you get partial like 3/4 of 1/2 tuition. Its a pretty nice deal as long as you graduate from high school in Florida.

Speaking of this, my kids got the POTC bandanas from McDs today. They are cute! Alyssa calls herself a pirate wench now.

Will these fit an adult? I thought it would be cool for the wishes cruise in December! If you get one for the three of you, you could bring yours too!!!! Then we need Kristine to get 5 of them and Stephanie to get 2. :lmao: We may need some help collecting them all. :rotfl:

I would totally do it if you custody issues don't cause a problem. I think it would be a great situation for you and the kids!

I told her that I had been keeping up with the thread all night hoping to hear some news and that everyone was thinking about her and wishing her well.
