This Hoover Steamvac that I borrowed worked really well. I did the family room, dining room, and 2 sofas. Tomorrow I am going to tackle the steps, toy room and my bedroom. I might have to buy me one of these.

How much for you to come to my house and steam here?!

Is it true that the second, third (and so on) children seem to have less baby pictures? I'm curious to know how this pans out for those with kids...
When I look through my mom's photo albums, I don't see many pictures of my older brothers, but I was the last and only girl so I seem to have a ton...

Never! I'm lucky my own house is getting done!

:wizard: :grouphug: for Lynn. We are here for you.

Becky. I have no idea what I want to do with my life. My youngest will be in school in 2 years and I want to start a career, not just another job. Now I debate going back to school, new degree, Master degree :confused3 I just don't know. The only thing that I know at this point is that I am doing what is best for my family by staying home and taking care of my kids. I feel priviledged to have been able to spend this time with my kids. I know that things have a way of working themselves out so I'm just waiting for my path to show itself.

Tom. Good to see you again.

Deb

Here ends my posting party. Night everyone! Thanks again for helping me reach 1000! Now to reach 2000 by the time I leave for Disney!

caught up!!

But I am in the worrying mode too!!
Mine is mundane though....my id was lost and instead of being a good girl and getting it done as soon as I realized it I waited until this week and the state of CO no longer issues ID on the same day so I am praying for a miracle that it is here on Monday so I can board the plane on Tuesday with no hassles!!

Kate-

I think it all depends on who does the test. When mom went through her cancer scare earlier this year she got it both ways. Worrying is part of being a mom and it drives me nuts!!

Do you have anything else with a picture on it? I was able to get in with a credit card that had my picture on it as well as a few other things with my name. This was only a couple of years ago and definitely post-9/11. Also, I know there is something that you can do - extra security or the like - if you don't have an ID. I would recommend looking at the TSA sight or calling the airline if you have any problems. There has to be something in place for situations where IDs are lost/stolen mid-trip, etc. Either way I hope everything goes smoothly and gets you there with no problems.

Totally true! I have literally boxes and boxes of pictures of Katie. With Jacob I have maybe one box, and the twins don't have too many. Of course, there are tons of pics of them as newborns, since it was a novelty in our family, but lately, I haven't taken as many. I'm trying to do better and get equal amounts of everyone, but it's tough. There are just too many kids trying to get my attention.

Hm. Here's a thought: Katie's baby pictures and Leslie's baby pictures are practically identical. I could always use some of Katie's for Leslie's baby book and she'd never know the difference.
:teeth: Oh, I crack myself up!

Well I hate to admit it, but I do have more pictures of Garrett when he was a baby than Riley. That sounds horrible doesn't it :guilty: I am not sure why, I love Riley just as much as Garrett  But now that they are older I definetly have more of Riley, he loves to smile for the camera :goodvibes

I love the fact that all this talk about DQ and I go blech!!! I am not a big ice cream fan(fudgesicles I love) and DQ has coconut oil in their ice cream, since that's a migraine trigger I don't eat that!!! I do love the fresh limeades though...yummy!!

Hello EVERYONE! :wave2: Thanks for all the Hello's out there!

Life has been hectic. I have been back to work, and working overtime almost every week since. Whew! I do try to get on here and see what everyone has been up to every now and then.

Glynis, your birthday party sounds like it will be so much fun! Leighanna loves icecream, so I might have to remember that idea for when she is a little older.

I will try to post a little more often. :thumbsup2

I have to try to plan our next vacation to the World.

I have always wanted to go to Disneyland too, so I might have to ask some of you experts lots of questions on that too.

Vicki, Thanks for the shirt and name card for Rees' PM. The kids got home late last night. I just showed it to him, and he was so excited. Their birthday party is at 2pm today and John's family is all coming in today, so I'll be back tomorrow or Monday to post and show pics from the beach and party. Hugs and hi to all the DDA!

Hope that you had a great party, BK, Rees and Davis!!!!!
