Great DC pictures everyone. And with that I am off to bed. 5 am always comes too soon, as it always takes me at least an hour to and hour and a half to settle in and fall asleep.

Groceries are put away and the laundry is about halfway done. Christopher is taking a bath so I'm taking a break and checking in while he's in there. He's just learned to bathe himself so we close the curtain but leave the bathroom door open and sit nearby.

I've been worried about something all morning and you ladies have been a nice distraction. Now that I can stop worrying I better get some laundry and house cleaning done. Thanks for keeping me company.

One more thing before I go, though. If y'all would keep my brother in your thoughts/prayers, I'd appreciate it. He's been having some severe abdominal pain and has been in the ER since 4am this morning. He's pretty stubborn so for him to go there means he's in a tremendous amount of pain. My mom said they gave him 3 shots of Dilaudin (I think that's the name, no clue how to spell it - it's a painkiller) and he's still having pain. He's had 2 hernia surgeries and has had gallbladder problems in the past. They don't think it's his gallbladder this time but they're sending him home with instructions to follow up with his PCP. We're not too happy about that, but what can you do?
