We decided to store our luggage, check out and head over to Hard Rock Cafe for a quick meal before limo picked us up for airport. We FINALLY get our bill fixed,which Christoper said they probably had trouble sliding my credit card through ,and tried it repeatedly, I expained I didn't use credit card, I just showed him my room key, so NO, that is NOT how I got TRIPLE CHARGED!! So we paid corrected bill and OFF we go! But first, I want to check out the Hard Rock retail store, if only I would have bought something... I would have realized... I didn't have my traveler check holder with my money in it!! But, no... we go on to Hard Rock Cafe,.. eat and then when I go to pay...... NO MONEY!! Remember, the traveler check commercial... the girl freaks out because she cant find her money... THAT was me!! (It was then,that I realized that I also, didnt pack those little slips that have your registered traveler check #'s on them in case you lose them )!! PANIC!! I immediately got a manager to call HRH and sure enough security said he had them!! WHEW!!
I zoomed over there, security came down and gave me my holder--- WITHOUT the cash... and here is "Christopher", the guy who checked me out saying FIRST... he went to the bathroom and when he returned a guest turned it in and his 2nd story was... I left it on his counter,... he tried to find me... and his 3rd story was... he found it on the FLOOR by his counter and he tried to find me.... so which story is true?? You tell me!! Either way, I always find a "silver lining" - Thank God I got my travelers checks back - , Thank God I used mainly cash on this trip and saved Travelers check for next trip
, so there couldnt have been more than $80.00 cash STOLEN, and Thank God this happened on my LAST day here, instead of the beginning of my trip... when I had a nice chunk of cash! And lastly, I am so greatful my dumb brain realized this BEFORE I was on the plane home!! So, all in all,... I guess I was pretty lucky. 
A very messy ending to my lovely vacation, wouldn't you say? 
My final thoughts,... I will probably NEVER stay at HRH again, RPR MUCH nicer...pool area much bigger and DEFINETLY more tropical!! I liked Portofino too (stayed there last yr. also), but it is DESERTED, so RPR it is!! Hope these reports didnt bore you too much, as this took me many hours to complete!! Good bye, until next time..
