Had planned to start some deep cleaning now that the yard sale is over and all the stuff gone but
It's supposed to be 91* and humid!
Town with DH for a few errands
Laundry
Start cleaning
Supper- BLTs and potato salad

Good morning

Not the way we had planned to spend the weekend.

I am feeling a bit better each day, was good to get home yesterday. I've ordered a digital blood pressure unit to monitor myself and will be making better choices with foods. After I meet with cardiologist will be watch type of exercises I should start with. Will be at least walking to start with.
This was a big wake up call and kick in my tush, won't let it go unanswered.
Going to take it easy this week, might get a little scrapping done here and there.
Megan starts back to dance tonight.
