Happy Hump Day!

I'm getting ready for a visit from my parents. I did all of the heavy cleaning yesterday. Now I just need to convince the cats not to dump their toy box before Mom and Dad get here. ;)

We're off to Longwood Gardens, PA to see Straight No Chaser tonight!

FUN! LOVE their Christmas album!!!

Just done teaching Kindergarten music and waiting on our Lifeskills classes. It's "Wellness Wednesday" so we got to wear workout gear so I'm at least comfortable in my runDisney shirt and athletic pants. :cheer2:

Then after school it's off to faculty meeting, Cub Scout round-up and church rehearsal for our pastor's very last Sunday service. :drive:

What do they say? No rest for the wicked??? A rolling stone gathers no moss?

Jealous! That sounds so fun!

Wednesdays are a day off for me, so yay! Waiting for my toddler to wake up (and it's 8:30-what's that about) then may head to a park. His sisters are at the beach with my folks, so we are trying to do some extra fun things for him, poor guy :).

This afternoon, canning applesauce and hopefully cleaning out my 6 year old's room while shes gone.

Working!

However, I do leave early today for a chiropractic appointment to hopefully fix my stiff neck and then a massage to fix everything else.
And a lunch date with DH after that.
So, overall, it should be a good day! :goodvibes

Increasing my midweek long run to 8 miles and picking up supplies for the NYC GKTW fundraiser this Friday.

How did I not know this?? We are so close to there too! Have a great time! :)

Working and the usually boring mid-week stuff for me. Maybe will also do some packing for our overnight in NYC this weekend.

Just registered to be part of Ferris' Funky Bunch. Its a fundraising walk organized by the Orlando Down's Syndrome folks on October 13th. We missed this event the past couple of years but this year our trip to Food & Wine coincides with the walk.

We're going out for dinner and ice cream to celebrate our middle son's first day of preschool! Well, I don't know if you can count Dairy Queen as "going out for dinner", but that's where he picked and I won't complain about ice cream! :cool1:

The show was GREAT! Lots of fun, really nice venue. Just to make us all VERY happy they did their version of 12 days of Christmas for the encore. :cool1: FYI DisneyFannInPa - they'll be in Allentown in December (so will we).

Our photo CD (well I guess its actually a photo DVD) from our Back Stage Magic ABD trip came in today's mail. Val & I just looked at nearly 1,000 pictures. Great!
