It's the Day After Monday!

So I want to know why I go to bed at like 10p, only to wake up at midnight and be ready to go? Can't fall back into a good sleep, just toss and turn the rest of my "sleep" time... It's getting really annoying!!

Good morning! Tuesday--woohooo!! Hellooooo, "not Monday"! I've declared it another "positivity day". I've been entirely too grouchy lately! I only have to work 2 1/2 hours today (this makes me VERY positive)!! Just 8 working days (counting today) until Summer Vacation!

We got some encouraging news on Blythe yesterday. Her bleed is still there, but has not grown any at all. The doctor also said it looked like it was a different color, hopefully indicating clotting or reabsorption. Thank you so much for the prayers & pixie dust--they're definitely working!!

Here's my list for today:

1. Up
2. Caffeinate
3. Pack DH's lunch
4. Clean kitchen/dining
5. DS's stuff together
6. Pics and card for my mom
7. DS up
8. DS to mom's
9. Work--more lists!
10. Tan
11. Pick up DS
12. Spend afternoon with DS--hopefully will include a NAP!!!
13. Get ironing out for DH
14. Laundry
15. Do some work for work
16. Go to sleep early!!

Clean bathrooms.
Call about cabinet doors - they had to make price adjustments due to changes in measurements from last week. I really want to get these ordered.

Dust myself off after yesterday and get back up and moving. Pick up my research on private schools in the area and make lists of places to check out and visit ASAP - before the end of this school year.

Go, baby Blythe!

Clean up huge piles of new scrap stuff (it looks like Christmas morning in the living room!) and get it put away - or hidden somewhere! - since DS's teachers come over today.

Date night with DH - something fun he REALLY wants to do...going out with a group of friends/couples for an evening of magic!

I'm not working, I have a list a mile and a half long, so I've got to get to it soon.

Taking Mom back to the doctor to see if using her sleep apnea machine has helped in her energy...I have a feeling she'll be calling and canceling, it's supposed to be near if not in the 90s today. She doesn't do heat well.

Stopping to get a rotisserie chicken and rolls for dinner, too freakin' hot to cook! Morgan has softball tonight, hopefully it will cool a bit.

Library, CVS for Blue Lizard sunscreen, Best Buy for 2nd Season of True Blood, meet Holly, finish my swap, laundry, bills, normal everyday Tuesday stuff.

It's going to be another July kind of day here so not sure how much I will get done. Too nice to be inside Plus my van is having problems so I have DH's truck. YUCK! Will be spending time driving people around today.

Today's list is a repeat of yesterdays. I eneded up with a terrible tension headache that sidelined me for the day. Thankfully the Meds helped and it is gone today (but only after several doses of a pretty strong barbiturate) Didn't fall asleep until well after 3:30 am then up at 7:30 - Ugh

Ceb, I feel your insomnia pain. I often do that. I have to take Excedrin PM so if I wake up in the middle of the night I can fall back to sleep, if I don't I can't fall back to sleep.

Linda I am sure that is going to be a tough appt.

Po3, where was the field trip to? What a gorgeous day you had for it.

Laundry in the dryer
Go to work early and confuse my boss. Many bosses have problems with staff coming in late, my boss has a problem with his staff coming in early and throwing off his day.

get gas for the van
pay credit cards
figure out why my cricut isn't configuring to my Miss Gypsy Girl Got it!! Helps when you really read the directions and are alert enough to follow those directions.
Dinner - Mac-n-cheese with shrimp. I know, I know, most kids want mac-n-cheese with hot dogs, mine likes it with shrimp.
