Yippee, it's Saturday.

DH and DD left for the Cape this morning. My DN and I followed after she had a session with her horse. We stopped at Seafood Sam's to pick up dinner, and now there is a whole bunch of nothing going on around the house.

What a good day! Didn't get any scrapping done, but just changed outta pajamas! Read a book I've been dying to read (and is *really* overdue back at the library). Just puttered around the house after staying up last night finishing another library book that I need to return, too. We shifted some investments around online, he exercised at the gym, played with the kids....

DH is making steak & cheese calzones, he just made ice cream, and he cleaned up the kitchen. (He does a much better job there than I do. )

Maybe watch start watching the Harry Potter series with the kids tonight and during vacation week...not sure.

A nice day...despite being rainy and cold outside - it was good inside.

lets see I got bits and pieces done

Walk gingerly but keep moving sit no where for long. only sat for a bit here and there no longer than 45 mins at a streach
clean kitchen got about 3/4 done
find the table for the week I'll be so glad if we get the addition this year and the table isn't the first place to set things down.my end is done now for him to do his
laundry last load is in the washer
put away rest of the shopping from yesterdayboys did most of this as it involved the stairs which is not a happening thing in my world right now.

Kick marks are okay the right thigh is the sorest and the prettiest shade of black and greenish black as long as the leg is straight it's fine sitting sticks. the left one was more of a scrap till the knee cap got in the way so I have a smallish black spot there. I need to go ice it again to keep the swelling down.

glad to hear you've all had a good day. I'm hoping to get in an hour of scrapping to night.

I'd love to have an addition. But that's not happening.

Holly It's no picnic and i complain but I woudn't live anyother way.
I've been waiting on the addition for a couple of years barn ones keep getting in the way.
I enjoy raising/growing the bulk of our food. and the boys are learning the value of hard work and they both love their lives and the animals they want more I'm thinking not.

Holly & Jennifer--we're headed to LeCellier 7 weeks from tomorrow. I'm after that soup, too!!

I wish Disney would open a counter service restaurant in Canada that served the cheese soup and pretzel bread. I would eat it every time I was Epcot. Even if I had a reservation at a TS place somewhere else!

We're going for lunch during our trip in October.

Your boys will probably be healthier too - research shows that children who are raised around large animals have lower incidences of asthma, and allegies, and stronger immune systems than the overall population. Still, that doesn't help YOUR kick marks, poor baby.

Thank you ladies. I don't consider myself amazing or any of that stuff. I hope that i'm helping the boys it would make me feel good, it is a ton of hard work. the work never stops we get few vacations someone has to take care of the farm. I love it even at times like these.

Ice is definately helping off to crawl into bed with another ice pack.
