The Daily Grind ~ 3/8/12

Mornin'... Hope all had a good evening... it's rainy here today but no real storms (thank goodness) in the forecast... Highs of 50s and 60s for the next week...but that could change...weather changes here every 5 minutes!!

Today:
scrapbook (goal 10 pages)
disney binder dividers (use swap pieces)
have PJ pull student number for transcript request
review online orientation info and make notes to ask advisor at our meeting
PJ to print out unofficial transcripts (1 done; 1 to go)
call drs. office
pick up boys
take DS15 to driver's ed
homework/snack
dinner
go pick up DS15 (may have DH do this so DS can drive in the dark again).


Ok, I think that is it for now.. I know there will be more things to the list but these are the ones I really want to finish!

Stamp Club was a welcome break last night.

Still have in-laws here, so today will be another round of making meals. Lasagna
No real scrappy goals. If I get a card or two made and some crocheting done, I will be happy.

Woke up with a horrible headache. I had planned on working on the letter swap, but I think I'm going back to bed.

Darned cat was far too playful overnight, I think we need to tire that boy out every night.

If I'm feeling better, I've got laundry to deal with, I should vac, finalize cookie stuff (we only ended up with 2 extra boxes!), figure out side dishes for dinner (steak).

Supposed to be in the 60s here today! Boston may set a record. Can't wait to open the windows and air the house out!

Richard is being really fussy this morning - no idea why
I may or may not have to go to work tomorrow - hopefully they will let us know today

I had a slight fever last night so I didn't do anything but lay on the couch
need to think what to do on the rest of the TnT swap
wondering about the MK one, not sure if I really like it - kinda feels like it is more of the whole area instead of just MK

got to finish inventory today - didn't get it all done yesterday, they didn't fill the coolers like I asked (since they are suppose to do in nightly, you would think that one night a week it could happen)

hopefully everyone will there today - had 2 people out yesterday

Stop by town hall and turn in nomination papers, check to see if anyone has pulled paper for an empty seat on elementary school committee
Walmart run, need printer paper and a few other things
Josh to doctor
Work on letter swap
out to late lunch with some friends
meeting at 7pm
, I have never been so happy to be able to start a wash!!!

I have done a ton already that was NOT on my list...but I am ready to go scrap at 10am..

Ok, off to write my questions down for the advisor.. DH just booked us a free room for registration days with his reward points!

Cheryl ~ hopefully you can find someone.. the one I found was over 400.00... So I talked to my mom.. her and one of her friends are going to make it if I will cut them and get them ready to go!! That's on my list for the next 2 weeks....

Lisa ~ Uncle has finally heard from her...but didn't say anything more than that...

can syrup for order make a bill
pick up boys from bus
homework
pack said syrup and candy I made yesterday in kiddo's backpack
take a nap was up to late last night.
fight off stuffy nose I refuse to get sick
figure out dinner.

We had 3 of 7 employees out sick today and a 4th is the van driver so he's never around. 60+ home meals and 70 inhouse I'm a tired puppy.

Hope all the sick ones feel better soon!

I didn't think of that. I did find a company that makes them for a reasonable price, but, Sarah isn't sure she is willing to give up her t shirts Silly me I thought it would be a "special treasure" made of her favorite shirts and she thinks she'd rather keep wearing the shirts

I thought about just "borrowing" the shirts until I realized I needed 24, so I asked her today. She's thinking about it
