~The Daily Grind~ 3/13/10

not a problem you're braver than I I won't even try. course I have no time to even scrap never mind swap. course if I spent less time on the boards............ I would love to recieve those. As ma would say stop beating yourself up, you're perfect the way you are!!!!

Okay taking self to bed now I'm exhusted and thinking I may have a cold stated on top of the allergies. I'm less than impressed. I don't have time to be sick. I want to finish spring cleaning (not that the mud will end anytime soon) and finish the LAST pile still left in the scrap room.

I like your letters too! :)

But for the G, is the green part a solid color, or is there a texture or pattern? It is hard to tell in the picture. If there is no pattern, it may be fun to emboss the green section with a fun swirly pattern like you did for your Mulan letter, that one turned out great! But I like the silhouette a lot. :thumbsup2

And I love the paper for the C! You don't happen to know who makes it, do you? :)

thanks Christy.
I just totally stress over it. I don't know why I do it to myself, but I just want my stuff to be ok. I would never want anyone to get my stuff back in a swap and chuck it aside and say....really? that's what she made?
I guess I should just say.....I did my best and that's what counts.

thanks for looking! i appreciate it.

I feel the same way about swaps but I have jumped into these altered letter swaps - they are pretty easy. Christy - You might try just one letter group.

And that's how it starts.....:rotfl2:

Thank you. The green is a solid color with no pattern. I could not decide what to emboss it with. But I did add something else to it.
I think I stress way too much over my swap pieces. If it was for my book I really don't think I'd stress as much.

Thanks for lookin.

The Mickey paper came from jo's in a pack of pattern paper. I think it was el success. I'll look in the am and post then.

I am working on my first swap, and I know I am stressing over what to do too! I always plan something out, then redo it halfway through when scrapbooking. Hence why it takes forever for me to get a page done! :rotfl:

Can't wait to see what you added! :thumbsup2
