Possible interview for full-time position - a fulltime position at Michaels has opened (there are very few of these) and with DH's job still up in the air and DS starting college in the fall, it seemed like a good time to take the plunge. The problem is that it would require working some nights and weekends and there are many events coming up between now and when DS graduates in June that I will NOT miss. I discussed this a little with my Manager before I applied to see if it would be a deal breaker, but he told me to go ahead and apply and we'll discuss it in the interview. So, we'll see what happens. I'd prefer to wait until after DS graduates to go fulltime, but there may not be a position then since there are so few fulltime ones in the store.

Got Megan and Aubrey down for the night at 11, both stating they weren't tired....gave hugs and kisses and went back to check on them after I got ready for bed...both zonked out, ya, not tired huh hopefully they sleep in! will have Aubrey through the morning, not sure what we are doing after that though!

Edit: well my quiet morning is over....the girls woke up at 6:45!!!

Its Friday!

Kinda feeling

Been a long morning. Wasnt feeling well yesterday/last night so not much got done.

House is a disaster and I just dont have time or energy to deal with it.

Short Sale paperwork was finally submitted by the seller to their bank. Still no firm time frame.

Took DD#1 to school

Stopped at Fred Meyer and picked up new shoes for the Little Girls. DD#2 sniffed out DD#1's the other night. Super cute stuff out there. So now they are sitting on the couch in their new shoes watching Nemo.

My computer is being a butt, it decided to restart on me. I am hoping my files are still good and not damaged since I need to finish my swaps and do a couple etsy orders.

On the bright side the sun is out,well for the moment.

DH is home today.. so not much getting done.. Took my van in for a recall.. have a loaner... they immediately got it up on the lift and were taking photos to send to Ford in regards to the recall.... (something w/ the front axel braking)... anyway.. if it doesn't look good they'll buy back my van... which means we'd have to get a newer vehicle... they gave us a loaner (and I like it alot)...do we have a new vehicle for a day or two...until they decide what they are doing....

Been watching the news about Japan.. Need to follow up on the West Coast waves... I feel asleep while DH was gone because the house was so quiet...Kids were off to school..

Today:
finish coloring my hair
I want to scrap 4-6 pages
await word on my van
dinner
everyone will help clean the house as we will be gone all day tomorrow at the Regional basketball game for our HS boys..

Thanks Lisa, it took our realtor and Loan Officer many phone calls including to the owner of the selling agents company to get it in.

My files are good just not where I had left them. now to fix them.

It would be great to toss them outside but I dont think that they would part with the new shoes.

Well, no interview today. The Manager was too busy today so it'll be sometime next week. Sure glad I didn't make a special trip in for that! But, my class went really well and I was very excited for my one student. She found a baby Cricut with 3 cartridges, a tool kit, a tote bag and a bunch of other stuff at a garage sale and paid only $33 for it!!!! She's going to bring it to class next week so that I can give her a Cricut lesson. Wish I could find deals like that!

soooo its 2pm and I have done...... Nothing. Well I did fix my files so that I can cut them but haven't done that yet.

I called my nail lady to see if she was open, she was closed last week. She had an opening at 1245. So ran down to Downtown Cedar Cove and had her fix my brows. grabbed the girls lunch and came home.

Now I am laying in bed thinking about turning on the cricut. Where the you know whats is my motivation?

My Friday kinda turned out like that too! Watched alot of Phineus and Ferb with Little One and ALOT of surfing online.

If you don't show horses its hard to explain but you have to find just the right show outfit - yeah thats the ticket. And of course looking at all of the horses, saddles, outfits, trailers, bridles, pads, bits and stuff I can't afford!!

And then searching online consignment shops and tack stores and ebay for a great deal. Obsess much!?

Did find DD#1 a fabulous shirt - now have to decide on fuschia pants or orange pants.

Wish I could afford a new show saddle.

Anyhow now its bus time and I have done....the dishes and one load of laundry. EEK.

Off to PU DD and go to the chiro. will find dinner in town and bring it home.

just signed the last paperwork for our company....CPA sent tax file, signed, faxed back and payments being mail tomorrow!

this is the final stressful item I get to cross of my list that I had to process!

just waiting on final tax form from my investment broker to file and then taxes will be complete!!! at least I'm getting $$ back from our personal taxes!!
