pull papers for holiday swap
dinner- Pasta with sauce
begin clearing out an area to move things to clean out scrap area

Rachel and I are home from Disneyland and we had a wonderful time

Today's list:

Attack mount washmore (it is huge!!!)
Load our over 3000 pictures
Upload photopass pics
Finish unpacking
Read all the mail
Pay bills
Go to my mom's for Christmas

Wow! We had a great Christmas! Hope everyone else did too!

What I learned for next year:

Kids that have to go to 7 houses in 2 days for Christmas rounds do NOT want another full dinner at my house which is last... pickies, sammies and cuppycakes for next year! Easier on me too!

Gift cards from Wawa are a HUGE hit! Do that one again!

Decorate earlier. I say this every year, but I already took the time off for next year...

Do the wrapping like this year. I finally didn't do the kill my back wrap till it hurts marathon. It was sooo much better!

I'm sure there's more, but I can't think right now



Today I have to:

Start to get it all put away

DH already had Laundry moving

Start planning gifties for cruise DIS peeps

Pack a dinner for work
Work @ 3p

Had a wonderful Christmas!!! Sat on my bottom and enjoyed family time.. the only time I got up was to cook meals!!!!

We have watched tons of movies and hope to get 2-3 more done today!!! DH is home, DS15 is at practice, DD is still resting, DS11 has the neighbor boy over who is like our adopted child (7)...

So, today,
I need to hit the banwagon!
Need to make sure the kids get their rooms cleaned
start packing up little Christmas things (most will wait til kids go back to school)
visit w/ FIL who will be here soon
await email from mom about ADRs for our trip
once over on house
checkbk/pay bills
pull money to vac fund
set up 2012 goals (been working on these)




That's about it...OH, I will clean and scrap some today since there should be no other activities til Wednesday night's game!

So glad its over! Been one of the worst holidays in awhile. Next year=vacation. 4 get togethers in a 24 hour time period,including working all day Christmas eve just doesn't work.

Today:
play with my new camera. Had to wait for it to charge yesterday.
Find living room floor. Had to rush off to next place no time to tidy up.
laundry-theres new stuff to be worn!
help girls organize their play room. They now have a fully stocked kitchen
dbf has kitchen duty
maybe a trip to exchange dd#3s boots and grab a storage bin for girls kitchen.
Show dd how to use her cricut. Santa did awesome with that one.
Hopefully relax.
Tomorrow we are off to Everett to see lisa and megan!

Feed the cats
Do the Mt. Washmore shuffle
make breakfast
pick up DSIL's birthday present
pick up the house a bit

Welcome home Cheryl and Rachel! we loved spending the weekend with you both!


Christmas was pretty good...except for missing Jim, we hit our wall of exhaustion Christmas night about 530 when we were at Jim's brothers house, so we had a "good excuse" to escape ...so needed to be just the two of us and have some quiet time

yesterday was a PJ day! watched 2 movies and put away gifts and straightened up the house a bit...finished unpacking!
