It's December!!!


Can you believe the holiday season is upon us and the last month of 2014!

Prayers and pixie dust to all those in need.

Lots to do in the next 19 days!! I have to buckle down each day!

Today's agenda:

make DS14's lunch
once over house
ck email/fb/DIS
get package ready to be mailed on friday
exercise - 2 miles
take insurance test to lower rates (defensive driving video online)
price last 2 college books for kids that are needed
contact rental company for one of PJ's books and see what the extension rate is from due date.. when I do it online they are double billing me from today and it's already been paid till mid-December. (evidently I must be odd that I try to do things early)
work on football LOs
pick up DS14
homework
go to post office and pick up priority mailing boxes for kids' finals care package
list needed at store for care package (have some)
list for Tuesday
inventory freezer items (don't want to over buy at grocery this week with surprise coming up)

send package to MIL- done
make Nov kit cards
check on how much money still to spend on Christmas- done
get gift lists from SIL- sent note
design thank yous for mom and SIL- making card packs
upload Disney photos and order if discount

Hoping everyone had a good Thanksgiving Weekend. I can see I am not going to be a regular poster, but hope you don't mind me checking in sporadically, it might help keep me on track with my crafty things...

Sorry to hear about your friend, Buffy. That is way too young to die.

I finished and mailed out my Swaps for the Silhouette Exchange, and they got there already. So, I thought I was done with Scrapbook things until after Christmas. I put away all my Disney Cruise and WDW scrap stuff for awhile, as I did 14 more pages for the Cruise, and some WDW pages. Now I need to buy a matching book for the Cruise pages.

I will be working on a few Christmas Cards for service men and women on board a ship. I saw a request on FB, and my Dad was on the USS Iowa during WWII. So, it is the least I can do....

Just bought some new Scrapbooking items online this morning. Cyber Monday here I come, just getting warmed up!

Other than cyber shopping, today is the day to wipe down all the wood surfaces and window sills before my DH covers everything with his Dickens Village collection. All we have up now are the Advent calendars. Lots of cleaning and set up work ahead. Lots of Disney items for me, too!

Touch base with friend to talk about transport and day care for L and J of the rest of the school year. We are trying not to overwhelm dad right now so we are giving him a schedule each month.
