OMG! It's the last month of the year... the first day of December...
24 days to go!!!


Got up a bit earlier this morning and got all my chores done... I will take DS11 to school today even though PJ could..the lot yesterday was an ice rink and I would rather her just deal w/ one rink at a time....

So, today will be dedicated to the DHS mini-kits. I couldn't cut yesterday due to my mats being unwilling to play nice. So, I have new mats and my creations from yesterday I designed. I plan on cutting all day...

It is cold here- I mean for us.

Today:
finish mailing planner swaps
work on the deep cleaning for mom coming
hide the simple green (last time mom used it on our dishes and it caused problems)
head to Disney for the NOJ announcement reception
Candlelight Processional

continue working on house

Rebecca, have fun at Candlelight. DS's GF is going to be singing in it tomorrow night. DS performed in it last year and I went down to watch. I've never been to the Candlelight Processional before and it was so beautiful.

It's downright cold. I'm looking out my dining room window and there is frost on the my neighbor's cars!!! Brrrr! I am going to finish my Christmas decorating today and then I need to work on some ornaments that I need to make (mainly DS's annual one!). Tonight I'm teaching a Cricut class. That's always fun because they always leave excited to know how to actually use their machine and all the things it'll do that they didn't know about.

So got a text from Josh that his girlfriend had mono He has not been feeling well for past few days. He has been to the clinic on campus and they say he should have a blood test, $500 fee for said blood test, he asked me to make sure insurance would cover. Just got off the phone with the insurance co,no they will not cover clinic fee. But he can got to an urgent care facility nearby. I asked where there was one, she came back with, there are no urgent care facilities near where Josh is so his only option is to go to the ER. Now I am waiting to hear back from Josh as he is in class. Now I have to convince him to take time to go sit in ER to have his test, when does having children get easier?

Still need to pull out some Christmas decorations before Julia does it for me.

dinner pork tenderloin, roasted potatoes and green beans.

Crash into bed!!!

8am crop in the morning for some much needed scrap therapy!!!!

OH NO Cassey!! That stuff is going around here too!!! I told my kids to keep themselves to themselves! LOL I hope he is able to get to ER so you don't have to shell out 500.00 or someone has to get him to bring him home to get said test...

Well, I'm putting along w/ the DHS stuff...but I'm burnt out... just too much on my plate right now to enjoy this... but it will be done and it will be good..

Thanks for the prayers! He spent a week home for Thanksgiving and was with her alot so I have very little hope that this is going to skip him. Did a little research and it is highly contagious and transmitted through saliva, well there went my hopes of him staying healthy!

Just got off the phone with him, he thinks he has time on Saturday to go have the test? Um this is important, make the time! He is soooo male!!! I am starting to think it is embedded in their DNA to be obstinate about their health. He will let me know when he takes the test. Meanwhile I will put together a care package of vitamins, ibuprofen and new toothbrushes for him and mail it up to him.

Cassey fletcher Allen doesn't have and urgent care??? that seems wrong!!!!! Hope they both feel better soon! not to much longer till break right?


My week is going downhill this library rebuild bull puckers has me headed for a bottle! the meeting next week is going to be UGLY I've lost every ounce of patience with the town goverment. and appearently my husband and his board need a swift kick in the pants too. So please gather bail money I might need it. So much for thinking that I would be able to spend more time with my family in the box!! I miss you all

ER is only a few miles away(and only $50 copay), he just needs to make the time to go! If I could I would go up a drag him there, but Julia's play is this weekend so I will just have to resort to nagging him till he goes.

He did ask it I was going to pay the copay....being the sarcastic mom I am, I told him I wasn't the one who swapped saliva with his girlfriend so why should I have to pay. He chuckled and I told him I would pay the copay as long as they could refrain from the swapping till they were both better.

No Urgent care, just ER. Urgent care would have been $10 copay, since only ER I now pay $50.

he needs to go ASAP so they can get him on meds, a friends DD had it a couple years ago and was down for about 2 weeks then a couple more weeks before she felt better.....

lesson learned, see what to much sucking face can get you

$50 is better than $500, but he still has to go....Jim was awful doing anything doctor related too, it is definately a guy problem



Christy, sorry to hear you are still having so many issues with your town, do they not appreciate any of your help I will send bail money too if you need it!

On the positive side I am less than a week away from WDW ans DCL !!!!

So sorry Cassey. Men are complete buttheads when it comes to their health. Dan makes me crazy. I hope the nagging works and he gets to the ER sooner.

I did some baking this morning. Also cleaned out my cabinets, sick of not being able to find things because SOMEONE puts them in the wrong place!

I'm still not feeling well. My whole right side appears to be "blocked." My right ear is ringing (and feels like I've got water in it), my right nostril is all oogy. I'm a blasted mess. Going to bed early, I have to work tomorrow, like it or not.

Squid, sorry to hear about your eye procedure and the 48 hour shift...6 days though! I'm not feeling too bad for you
