4 days till I can book excursions and spa and Palo on the cruise


My list for today:

Caffeinate...This repeats everyday

Feed Pups

DIS/FB

Swish, Swipe, and Swiffer

Sew some more curtains

Watch DVRd shows... Throwdown w/ Bobby Flay has Poineer Woman

Dinner... Roast Beef

morning all

up much to early considering i plan on scrappin LATE! will try to doze in a few though

today
boys up and out (may need to drop off L and pick up extra bag cause of honor roll breakfast)
Pick up one of the ladies at work
get to work early it's breakfast day
work weekly deep clean since it should be quiet and it's pizza day
run errands after
pick up L
home
drag scrap stuff down stairs and put in truck. (i did great packing this time)
e off bus
L to swim
pack food stuff for crop
leave for crop
Hopefully husband can get L from swim and E to practice we got the WORST time for ball practice 6:15 his coach appoligized cause she knew what it was going to do to my schedule. The other 2 could have cared less. Swim ends at 6 and we have to be in the next village a minimum of 10 mins on a good day........................

I'm up!

Mr Crockett took the day off and I'm off so we are going to go out and play Santa!!! This is my all time favorite day in the year.
We are going out to breakfast alone.
the really nice lady I work with gave us a gc to a nice place. So we will put our little man on the bus and head out for the day. I'm sooooo excited!!

Hope all is well with everyone... it's been crazy busy here but I love every minute of it! Especially the opportunity to work in DS10's classroom! I have today off but we as a family took 45 minutes last night each tackled a room and the house is cleaned for me so not much to do today.

So, I think I will clean up my scrap area, work on couples swap, upload photos for snapfish deal, enjoy the quiet of the house, start on Christmas lists.. my kids want very little this year so the big items are a must to find!!!

Hope everyone has a fantastic day... Won't be on much this weekend got lots going on with the family and basketball season starts next week so we are going to be swamped!!!! Loving family time and basketball season..

For those of you who have cruised. Did you book yourself or use Dreams Unlimited? I'm looking at booking "Fantasy-Eastern Carribean Aug 25, 2012" and I got the quote from DU the room they're showing is on deck 10 aft last room on one side (so a corner room). Cabanas above me. The price is the same as I can get (but, of course I can't see which room and I can't give myself OBC). What do y'all think? TIA

about your cruise Cheryl!!! when we went in DCL booked through a TA, but I am using DU for our WDW trip and they have been great!
we were at the back of the ship (Magic) it was great!

You mean 2011, right? I would LOVE to do that one, but someone says M has to start school on the 28th. I used a TA in Virginia and I had a $25 OBC from my Disney Visa, but I think they (the TA) gave me a $50 one too. I've contacted Dreams Unlimited, but I'm doing the re-book myself.

I'm at work. Trying to get the freakin' computer working.

Nan, I miss those days of working in DS's classroom. I so enjoyed doing that. I did that up to middle school and then moved to helping in the media center. For high school, he didn't want me around! Now, my baby is 18 and he told me that he signed his own release form from WDW for them to use his photo from the Candlelight Processional. I was unprepared for him to be able to do these things on his own. That was my job and now he's old enough to decide these things on his own!

My day:
Make DH's lunch
DS up and off to school
Take Everyday Swap packages to post office to mail
Pick up photos from Disney trip - these are the ones from my camera. I don't have the Photopass ones yet
Go to bank
Laundry
Clean
Print directions for the Univ. of West Florida as we head there in the morning for a visit/tour.
Pack up scrap stuff to head to crop at Michaels. The manager gave us (a bunch of employees) the classroom for today to have our own crop. It's going to be such a fun time!

Stephanie ~ I know it's a big adjustment.... I have one that signs his own stuff but then wants us to pay for it, sight unseen.. We finally told him.. if you don't discuss it with us, fax the info to us, and allow us to discuss it...and we agree then we will help.. if you don't discuss with us, sign it, and it costs..it's on you!!! Needless to say, if it is a big amount he calls.. if he can afford it, he takes care of it himself but calls to give us a heads up in case we are headed that direction to see him....

One more year and PJ will sign for herself and we just had this same discussion last night..that if mom and dad are paying we will discuss before you sign.. if you sign and we don't agree to pay..then it's on you!

It's amazing to see them grow up..but boy is it hard to let go when they have grown up...the maternal instinct to protect the "baby" will always be there!

You can always switch it to a TA. The only issue I found was waiting for our documents (and not being able to make changes myself) by having a TA.

That's the cruise a whole bunch of my last cruise-mates have booked I want to do that one SOOOOO bad! If you do end up booking, get in on the Cruise Board thread for the Fish Extenders and roll call, etc.! They are a wonderful group of peeps!
